Everytime I go there it is amazing, and staff is always pleasant. Food is always consistent, and Thats why My family and I will continue to go there. For those complaining about how long it may take sometimes? It's because people are always going there!! Hmm message!! Go to Mcdonalds or something!! If the workers seem distant, it's because they're focusing on the next order. They're supposed to be engaged in the food and the orders, not to entertain those who have already ordered. I will not stand for people misjudging how this location is. You can tell the management cares. There would be more complaints about the food, then "service", if there is a real problem. Every body in this area are privelaged And don't work at a fast food location. This is Olathe, Kansas!! This is not the hood. Johnny boys (Johnson County) and Johnny Girls expect to be treated a certain way, but can never discern who's behind that drive through window; because they're focusing on themselves. Read moreCame straight home after ordering and my frosty was melted. Not a little melted, it was completely liquid. The attached photo shows what a "large" fry gets you: barely filled. Their pop machine is one of those with all the combination possibilities, so all the soda tastes like some other flavor. I ordered a Coke, and this doesn't taste like Coke. Finally, my burger is drenched in ketchup. Gross...
I wasn't offered a receipt, and in hindsight I should have asked for one so I could get my money back. I'm incredibly disappointed by this visit. Probably won't be back after this visit.
UPDATE: I gave this location about 6 months before returning. I got half way through my frosty and found a disgusting hair. 🤮
UPDATE: Google maps prompted me to update my review, so here you go: this location is still messing up orders. Literally my first time back in months, and they got my order wrong and didn't pack a juice box for my kid. So now no one is happy. Boo! Hiss! IDK why I keep coming back. Read more2 stars is 3 too many. On their app they offered a $2 Dave's Double. Yet when u hit the "Let's Go" button, the offer was not there. Had to show the Mgr.2x. I was promptly told they have no control over the app., not even Mgrs. or DMs and that it was above this person's pay grade and that they didn't get paid enough to help me out. After confronting said Mgr.and asking why they wouldn't do the right thing, they finally did with great attitude. They asked me to pull forward and wait, I finally had to go in and ask for my food. They all looked dazed and confused. There was 1 other customer in the lobby waiting on food and no one else in the parking lot. There was no one in front of or behind me in the drive thru when I ordered. Apparently this job is too hard for some, how in the hell that person got promoted to mgmnt. I will never know.
