Patrón Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Old Orchard Beach

Just left the restaurant 1hour ago.

It was absolutely freezing inside. It was like the A/C was on. We even switched tables to see if warmer on other side of restaurant. Nope. I kept my winter jacket on the entire time I was there! Many others had their jackets on during their entire meal also.

the food was good. Not exceptional, but pretty good.

The service was horrific. It appeared there were only two servers and they were busy, and we got there “before the rush”! Took a long time to order, then when the food finally came, she had to go off to get silverware and napkins which took another good five minutes.

BEWARE OF PRICES!!! If you order anything without a price next to it, ASK FIRST! An example was a diet pepsi. When the bill came, it was $6.25. WHAT?? I complained about it, and was told OOB is a beach town, and prices are high.! The bill was calculated incorrectly, it was $2.50 off , in their favor, but by this time all we wanted to do was leave!

Too bad…. They need to get their act together. We will...

It was the first time in my life that I walked into a public restaurant and felt as though I was not welcome there AT ALL! It was "Dance night" from what I was told. So apparently the place turns into a nightclub after about 9 pm on certain days. Which is fine we showed up at about 8:30 and the intention was to stay for a drink maybe 2 and maybe share some guac. We sat down at a table, not a single person came to the table. So we moved to the bar. Got the bartenders attention who seemed immediately annoyed that I flagged him down for a drink. He reluctantly took our order for drinks. After a few minutes it was clear to me that I wasn't gonna be served at this establishment. I must have missed the sign on the door that read "No White's Allowed". But not all is lost!! They provided some entertainment once they kicked the riff raff out at the end of the night a fight broke out in the parking lot which I was able to witness from the deck of...

The food was great. Had a problem with my order though. I ordered it online through there website not a delivery app went to the restaurant for them to be closed. There website said they were open till 12 am on Friday and Saturday only and the app let me order. I paid for it on there site and they were closed. Went there the next day talked to 3 people I told them that I ordered food the day before I got charged for it didn't get it because they were closed had proof wanted my money back for not getting food they told me NO. Tried to act they they couldn't speak English after we had a 20-minute conversation. So customer service isn't really...
