Wendy's — Restaurant in Oldsmar

The past year the service at this Wendy's hasn't been the best but about 2-3 weeks ago I went through one night after working a late shift at about midnight and I just gotten a $25 gift card to Wendy's I pull in and me and my girlfriend order our food we waited about 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru to when we finally get to the window she takes my gift card and she swipes it she then looks at me and goes is this the food you ordered and repeats the order I tell her that is not my order she then goes and goes give me a minute she then repeats to me another order which is my order at that point she reswipes my gift card and goes you owe me $20 and so and so cents I went that's a brand new gift card with $25 on it. she said no it had $5 when I asked her if she had used it to purchase the order she had mentioned beforehand they told me that was impossible when I asked for a receipt of the transactions from the gift card they then refused to give me a receipt or the gift card back I ended up paying full price for my food and lost a $25 gift card I will never come back to this Wendy's when I contacted corporate they refused to talk to me and never responded to any of my emails or messages so here is my...

I've been to this store a few times since the rebuild and I have to say that there is a systemic failure of management taking place. Twice, I've arrived at 11:00am a full half hour after breakfast service ended to find that the menu had not been rotated. Last Saturday this happened again and with no cars in the parking lot and only two customers in the drive thru, the drive thru wait time was easily 3 times as long as it was before the rebuild. Pulling up to the window it was easy to see the problem. There was one teenage boy working cash and window while 3 more teenage boys were milling about behind the counter looking at their phones. Once I was back on the road I realized that the order was incorrect but there was no way to verify as there was no receipt in the bag. Total fail on the part...

The worst experienced I've EVER had at WENDYS. There were two cars in front of me it took forever to take my order then at the window they messed up my order so many times they gave me the wrong order. I asked them no salt for the kids meal fries they still had salt in the fries when I checked. I had to wait for other fries. The girl at the drive thru looked clueless. I was so upset after I drove off from getting the fries that they forgot to give me my drink there were young kids working in the Drive-Thru the manager was packing the orders she was flustered there were about five people in the Drive-Thru window running around like chickens with their heads cut off as if they didn't know what they were doing it was very upsetting I will not return to that Wendy's ever again very...
