China Taste — Restaurant in Olive Branch

Just left this place. Ordered shrimp egg foo young. They had black sauce in a cup. I've eaten this same dish in many places and I have NEVER seen this sauce. It was basically SOY sauce. The sauce is usually a brown grown gravy like sauce. I dont know wth this was. It smelled DISGUSTING and that is not the sauce. The girl working there was EXTREMELY RUDE but she met her match . I DONT play when it comes to patronizing a place and spending my hard earned money. She said "that's our sauce and I can only give you sweet and sour sauce " wth ????when you go in there they have a sign "no refund no exchange " and i know it's because they know people are not satisfied. The egg roll was disgusting the fried rice had ZERO taste. The fried chicken had ZERO taste. I regret not driving to the restaurant by Walmart. They will never get my money I will take the drive to the other restaurant. They know they are the only Chinese place in a Residential area so that's why they can get away with serving non authentic Chinese food and talking CRAZY to their customers but she had the right one!! Huge disappointment!! I would've given 0 stars if I could. I can honestly say I have tried this place 2 times only because I believe in giving 2nd chances & unfortunately, both were failures. They charge $1 extra to add egg in your house special rice. Every place i ever went to all rice has egg in it. so needless to say, I paid an extra dollar for it, & they didn't add it🥺 on top of that rice was dry & hard. The egg foo young was overcooked more burt edges, which I had to peel off to ear middle part. sauce was sweet, house special rice noodles had more noodles than meat it supposed to be 3-4 different types of meats, Sesame chicken - I completely threw it in the trash. Rice old hard, dried out, and the seasme chicken. I don't know what type of meat they are using, but it's sure isn't chicken. Then they charge you a sir charge for using a credit card. I placed an order and was told it would take 20-25 minutes. When I got the restaurant there was 10 people in line in front of me and the cashier was helping to cook instead of taking care of customers. Once inside, I had to wait another 50 minutes just to pay. My food was ready and they had placed it inside a plastic bin. I was afraid it might be cold when I got my order home but it was still kind of fresh so there is no complaints for the quality of the food. The organization of the restaurant, however, it was poor and their estimate of when my food was ready was not even close. Some of the people in front of me place their orders inside the restaurant and got served before me. For, the disorganization, I won't be back. I will go to another Chinese restaurant down the street where I haven't had issues with...
