I moved into 2 of the LARGE units in February 2019. Never late on my payments. The number of times that they've gone up on the rentals fees and charges. I continued to pay faithfully. Decided in October 2022 that I no longer wanted to continue to pay those outlandish fees. Went to my storage unit to move and found that there were water spots and fuzzy spots on all of my furniture and boxes. I immediately call the front office and there was no emergence to my situation. They NEVER DIRECTLY ANSWER THE PHONES! 4.After letting the office know that my furniture was damaged, I get a pamphlet to contact the providing insurance company. However, when I contact them to ask about where do we stand on the updates for the claim reimbursements they send me a disclaimer of their policy of what they DO NOT COVER:

Read moreI have used multiple storage units through out my years and this has to be the worst. I hardly ever do reviews but this deems necessary. This location has horrible customer service and is lacking any professionalism. Shelby and whomever the dark headed girl is have no common decency when it comes to customers and especially manners. It’s overpriced and when moving they don’t even allow to dump in their dumpster. That should Be understood when moving but that’s not even a big deal it’s the fact that they never answer the phone, never return messages and don’t take over the phone payments. (It’s 2019 , get a apple square) or a machine! Of all these things that have occurred they all could have been overlooked but the biggest factor is they are rude and for no reason! We haven’t been a bother and was simply trying to end our rental and they acted as if we inconvenienced them. If you need a storage unit , I highly recommend going else where! Read moreSimply Storage had an AC unit mishap which caused water to flood into my unit. Luckily, we went by the unit to get something out of it, and we noticed that water was coming out of our unit. We still acquired a lot of damage between inventory and antiques that were damaged in the unit. You pay to protect your valuables, and yet this still happens. Although this is unfortunate, what bothers me more is the lack of customer service in this situation. It took us approximately eight hours(with a toddler in tow) to move all of our items into a new storage unit and go through all of the water damaged items. Not a single team member stopped by to check in or offer to help us move things. On top of this, we have been charged the same monthly rate. You would think in a situation like this, the team would step up and make this right in one way or another, but that has not been our experience.
