Absolutely DO NOT recommend this Verizon store. For the record this isn’t a corporate store, it is owned by Victra. I had to deal with incompetence, high pressure sales tactics, and outright lying to my face. I don’t normally even bother writing reviews, but this one visit cost me multiple calls to Verizon customer service to fix the mess this store and its associates created on my account. Would give zero stars if possible.
On 23 April, I went into this store because my son’s phone had a SIM card error. I was told by the store associate (Nicholas) that it was because we were on an old plan and that Verizon was cancelling the older plans (not true). He said that he could reset my son’s phone but it would probably keep happening (also not true) every day. He then proceeded to sign us up for a new plan, removed my military discount, and added a protection plan I didn’t authorize.
In addition he spent a great deal of time pressuring me into signing up for a wireless home internet plan. I told him we didn’t have good coverage in our neighborhood. His response was that they use different towers and it would work just fine, again not true. I mistakenly believed him, and he charged me “sales tax” of $32. Again, that was false. It was an activation fee charged by Victra. Activation is free thru Verizon. He assured me it would be reimbursed if I returned the internet box. It has not been reimbursed yet, and I have had to call multiple times to ensure I don’t get charged for the box, even though I have a return accepted email.
Overall a terrible experience at this store. From the moment I walked in I was getting a high pressure sales job and outright dishonesty. Will not return, and will use the corporate owned store in Southhaven from this...

I am not paying $65 for a screen protector I can get elsewhere much more cost efficient and the same quality or $45 for a charging block when I already have one.
THEN I realize later that evening after arriving home and checking my receipt that I was charged a “Set up and go” fee, which I had no clue about and I would have much preferred setting my own phone up, I thought the total I was paying was strictly taxes. DECEPTIVE. NOT only was I charged this fee, my phone isn’t even working 100% and I can’t get a live person on the phone to fix it. I can’t receive phone calls and I have missed 2 1/2 hours of work this morning because of it, now I’m sitting here waiting for them to open so I can simply -go to work- to afford the things I was charged for and didn’t know about.
