Cook Out — Restaurant in Olive Branch

Went to the store at 7406 Hacks Cross Rd Olive Branch, MS 38654 after spending 10 hours in the ER with my wife, she had feinted after complications from a surgery and needed many test performed, we went to this cookout after she was finally cleared to leave (around 4:22pm the receipt shows). We had never been to a cookout but my wife wanted a milkshake and a burger and we figured they had both. We waited in line so long that people behind us backed up and left. There wasn't even many cars in the parking lot so it wasn't busy. The young lady who took our order (Rhiannon on the receipt) asked me to repeat every single item on the order more than once, it was only three things. We ordered a regular burger with mustard pickles, lettuce and tomato, a regular order of cajun fries, and a banana pudding milk shake, the total came to $11.41 per receipt. It was not complicated. Upon getting to the window, paying for and receiving our food, I said thank you, and she just looked at me and closed the window in my face. My wife and I looked at each other and were astonished, but after the day we had we let it go and proceeded to drive home asap as our poor dog had been in the house all day since we left emergently. My wife opened her food, and the hamburger had mayonnaise on it, and onion, total opposite of what she ordered, and the Cajun fries had so much seasoning that it was too salty to eat, and piled up in the bottom of the bag as it someone just dumped tons of it in there. The milkshake was ok. This was our first and last experience at a cookout, my poor wife was starving after being in the ER all day and didn't even get to eat. Went to this Danvers location at 530pm on a Wednesday, there was no one in front of us at the drive thru but was asked to wait a minute, waited 3 before asking if she was ready to take our order, had to repeat multiple times, get to the window one girl took my money the other was checking the order, apparently it was incorrect bc she opened the burgers 3 times with bare hands, had to add pickles one time, mayonnaise another, and finally asked them to add the cheese, she then wrapped it back up and bagged everything, I asked her for the receipt to which she said it was in the bottom of the bag under the food, so then I open the burgers to ensure they are correct since she had to open them so many times, the burgers were sloppy and falling apart one had mustard all over it and the wrapping, the other had mustard all over as well when it waw to be plain. I asked who the manager was she said Alan and just looked at me, I asked to speak to him. He came to the window. I asked for my money back because not once did he ask what was wrong, not once did he attempt to make things right, not once did he ask to recook our order. Due to his lack of customer service, and the nastiness of them touching food with their bare hands, we will never revisit. Great salad bar! Grilled fish were 3 small bites of no flavor meat. Overcooked and stuck to grill or pan so skin or burnt fish separated from fish into thin crisps like chips. Mac and cheese tasted like macaroni with a mixture of mushy flour and water poured over and stirred into macaroni with cheese colored food coloring. I couldn't eat it. I bought this combo meal with $2.00 side salad (1 trip to salad bar). I came in hungry and left hungry because the hot meal was awful. I didn't send it back since I prefer not having who knows what put on new plate of food by cook pissed because he's been told he can't cook. I like the burgers there but sometimes want a healthier choice. If you're going to offer dinner dishes, cook correctly or take it off the menu! I've had the grilled chicken and it's tough and chewy.
