So this happened just now. Ordered ahead at 10:30pm, as I often have done when going on lunch break so I can just swing by and have more time to eat. However, this time the store didn't appear to still be open, though I wasn't sure and still went through to double-check since, again, I usually eat there around this time and they're scheduled to be open until 11pm. No one answered at the speaker for the 5 seconds j waited, so I started to drive off thinking they must have closed early for some reason. As I was gone by the window, I could still see people inside, so I fugued I just left too soon before they could respond. So I drove back around and waited at the speaker again. Figured if nothing else, they'd at least tell me they were closed and just clear my online order. Nope. Didn't even do that. Literally no communication. Wasted 10 minutes of my lunch between waiting at the speaker and waiting at the window for someone to address me. Nothing. I've never had a problem with this restaurant up to this point, but I won't be going back now. If you don't care enough to tell be something's up, I'm not going to continue...

Went through the drive thru on 4/24 and you can tell there is no manager working, if there was I would reconsider who I hire as a manager. 2 cars in front of me, along with myself, couldn’t order without an employee getting on the head set and messing around while another employee was trying to talk. Get to the window and the employee that was messing around put the headset back and started laughing looking us dead in the face. Finally get to pay and they were coincidentally out of 2 of the things I ordered. Mind you, I already had ordered so if they were truly out then why not say that at the beginning. I drove off and canceled the order then they wanted to start cussing and making noises. This location has gone down hill tremendously. I’m highly encourage a manager be on site...
Read moreThe food was just ok. Not worth the wait though! The drive thru takes entirely too long! Maybe if the employees were more focused on getting people on their way, that would be helpful. Instead, their priority is making you wait to pay at the first window, as they finish checking their FB. (Not hiding it at all!) Then goofing off like children at the second window, while you wait to get your food. And these are grown adults! Of course there is that ONE woman who appears to be in the "mother" role who tells everyone to go play elsewhere. Problem is that once everyone disappears... you have to honk and wave to get someone's attention, to ask if your food will be much longer!
