This is a food truck but there are some picnic tables to eat. Was happy to learn that they are real Thai people selling Pad Thai which is a huge plus considering the other options in town are either Vietnamese restaurants selling “Thai” food or Thai restaurants that do not have Thai cooks. Having just returning from a year in Bangkok, I was craving some good Pad Thai. However the Pad Thai is unfortunately not very authentic. The sauce has a tad bit of ketchup flavor to it , overly sweet and lacks the tang of tamarind and the color is quite dark and overly greasy whereas Pad Thai is a much lighter color and flavors are more balanced between subtly sweet and tangy if you have had it in Thailand. I was quite disappointed given how the other reviews said how good it is. The other plus is that the folks are really friendly people. All in all, way more authentic compared to Thai Garden near the mall.

I honestly come here all the time. The pad thai is made fresh and fast. Its delicious and you can add different proteins. I always add chicken. Again, so darn good. The only place I go for pad thai. I have been to other Thai restaurants around here and nothing compares to this food truck. Also, I am not a topped veggie fan but the way everything comes equipped and flavored I eat every darn drop. He started making Thai coffee and added it to the menu which is fantastic. Its pretty good. My only thing is its a to go kinda place. Not a super great area to just sit and eat due to the surroundings. If he ever got a restaurant in the future I would be there. Excellent service as well. Zero complaints. Love this spot!

Lots of tasty gluten free and dairy free options. I felt safe ordering and the guy was super friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me away from certain things. So appreciative!! And the food was bomb tasty. I got the #5 with a side of roast pork. All safe to eat and great for breakfast or brunch. Support this business! We need more safe options in town right??? These guys deserve the love!❤️ Parking was hidden down the alley. There are spaces there on the gravel for the park. Lots of picnic benches and some ate covered in case of rain. It’s in a cute little park.

We had come by the area to stop by for a different food truck but they were not there despite their hours saying that they would be, so we decided to try out All About Pad Thai instead since they were open. As we were looking at their menu to decide what we wanted, the owner/cashier was very polite and kind and asked if he could give our dogs some treats as they were with us. Our fur babies loved the treats and the nice gentleman complimented them. I always appreciate a business that is dog friendly.

We decided to order a Pad Thai classic and Pad Thai Stix. We were given a little electronic device that would beep when our order was ready. After a few minutes, we got our food and on their counter they had utensils, napkins, sauce cups, and different ways of giving your food some spice as they do not have the typical star spice level system here. The sauces they provided were a peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce and it went perfectly with our Pad Thais. We were really impressed with Pad Thai Stix as that was our first time trying anything like that. We definitely want to return to try more of their menu!

There are plenty of seating near the food truck. There are even sheds with seating as well, if you want to...
