I was so pleased when I realized that Tutti was an empanada truck, they have other menu items but I personally will be there for the empanadas. I am partial to Argentinian empanadas but also quite enjoyed the textures and flavors of the Colombian ones. We had an order of salchipapas which were kind of fun to eat. The homemade alfajores were just right.
