Starbucks — Restaurant in Olympia

I haven't been back to this location in so long. This was my first time back in about 7 years I believe. I felt like I was being watched like a hawk in that place. I felt uncomfortable as every employee passed me and seemed like they were not watching me. I was wearing a black coat nothing else like a backpack or a purse. All I had on me was my money and my phone. I didnt appreciate being watched. Another note, I wasn't feeling so well in there and it was hard for me to focus on reading the back cover of a book. I wanted to get a book but I couldn't focus as my attention was on the employees plus I wasn't feeling good. I'm glad my boyfriend came in and was there for me. I told him I felt uncomfortable so we left. Sad I never got to buy a book. Maybe I will stick with local libraries from now on. Sorry b&n you...

Horrible experience with this location on Friday,9/13/2024 at 9:00 pm when I tried to purchase coffee for me and my family I drove in the through line but unfortunately was closed until now ok I won't go back home I found a big truck closed the line this truck unload products to Starbuck I stick I ask them I have kids in my truck I can't back should continue to drive the driver refuses and the big problem there is lady where Starbuck shirt unbolt and she screams with bad word and when I said to her I will report all single word you said and I will put a review on your site she continues with a bad word to me and my family I think should choosing the people to work in Starbucks location. already not a starbucks fan, but I was feeling nostalgic for the holiday drinks while book shopping. I got the NASTIEST attitude from the person at the counter, they literally rolled their eyes when I asked “how are you” and was acting so irritated and impatient while I ordered.
