I placed an online order almost 30 minutes ahead of time due to the fact that I was in a rush and did not want to have to wait in line for my coffee. I wanted it to be ready and waiting for me. The order said it would be ready in under 10 minutes. I arrived at the store and the baristas said āwe donāt have an ingredient you paid extra for so we just didnāt make it.ā They did not offer to refund the order or sub anything out. They just stared at me. They then proceeded to try and make the order without the extra ingredient that I paid for. When I asked about refunding the ingredient I paid for they just said āif we sub anything else we will charge you for it.ā But they didnāt sub anything, and they failed to refund me for the items they did not have or sub anything in. They took so long making the order I was late for work, the drinks tasted like garbage, and I paid extra for something I didnāt get and I didnāt even get a āsorry about thatā or anything. They just looked at me as if it was my fault. As if I did something wrong by placing an online order. I was nice the whole visit and I left feeling taken advantage of. Sad and mad would be an understatement. I did not deserve to be treated like that. It was hands down the worst experience Iāve ever had at any of their stores. Seriously, so...

When we were placing the order the barista was very snippy and was condescending when we tried to order and included a part of the drink that it came standard with she felt the need to expend the energy to tell us it already came with it when that really didnāt need to be said. And when we wanted to change a part of the order and didnāt call the drink by its technical term she corrected us rudely when she could have just accepted the description of the drink because it was plenty identifying compared to the other drink in the order. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI gave it two stars because the service is usually quick and efficient. However the low rating is due to the drinks. I always get what I order, however, my husband has had issues with his drinks (gross chunks in the coffee) probably from the machine not getting regularly cleaned. It is food safe standard to clean the machines every night.
We assumed maybe it was a one off expired milk. We called, they replaced, it was fine, we moved on.
However, Yesterday I ordered my usual large black coffee. No creamer, no milk, no additions, just coffee. AND IT HAD WEIRD CHUNKS IN IT!! THE SIZE OF A BIG PEICE OF NERDS CANDY!!
Mind you, I had not eaten breakfast yet so it was definitely from the coffee. I wanted to barf but I couldnāt because I hadnāt eaten yet.
I will no longer be going to this location. Ive worked fast food so if this has happened multiple times I can only imaging what the inside of the machine looks like. Ive worked locations (not Starbucks locations) that have had literal mold in their machines. Iām not taking that risk.
