Wish that I could give a no star rating. Tonight my family and I went to this location for dinner. We stood in line to wait to be seated. Three employees were fighting over who was going to be our waitress. My mom is disabled and was walking with a walker. No one wanted to wait on us it seemed like. We got seated after waiting what seemed like forever. At the beginning our waitress named Katie did fine with service. She took our drink orders and our appetizer orders. However when she brought our drinks, my mom's drink glass that had water in it was very dirty. It had what looked like sugar along the glass rim. We didn't have any silverware for 3 out of 5 of us. We were told that we would be brought silverware and didn't happen until we asked for silverware. We got there at 6:05 pm or so and we ordered our food. It took pretty much an hour or so to get our appetizers and food. We all didn't get our food at the same time. Our waitress didn't even bring the food, another staff member did. The waitress was behind the bar pretty much the whole entire time we were there serving other customers and flirting with them. She not once came to let us know that our food would be coming. On top of this whole ordeal my mom's shrimp was not cooked properly. It was supposed to be double crunch (which it was not even close). My husband never got his sandwich that he ordered. Turned out that Katie wrote his order down but didn't put in the order for the sandwich. Only my son and daughter ate their food. I ate part of my food because the whole experience made me not hungry any more. We ended up asking to talk to a manager. My mom who is a diabetic and can't wait that long (an hour) for her food to come. She even asked for another cup of coffee and never got it. I understand that you guys may have been short on staff but the service that we had tonight was very unacceptable. Katie didn't seem to care that my family was upset waiting over an hour to get our food.
One thing I noticed is that other customers who were seated after us got their meals way before us. I would not recommend this location to any of my friends and family. The manager who I didn't get his name was the most empathetic than his staff. My husband did finally get his meal but it was almost 2 hours after we got there. This is very poor customer service. We will never go back to that...
Read moreDisappointing. Our last two experiences with this restaurant's carside to go have been terrible. We tried grabbing a "to go" order on Veteran's Day and they were so busy, I couldn't even pull into one of the carside to go parking spots. The waitress working that night was clearly overwhelmed and I waited nearly 30 minutes before I got my order. The manager came out at one point to ask if I was a veteran so she could hand out coupons for future visits. Not to help this server who was obviously struggling. Also, when I got home we discovered that our order was missing a salad and we weren't given any silverware or napkins. We tried using the carside to go service again tonight, and the experience was extremely frustrating. We placed the order online and paid for the food through the website. The order confirmation said our food would be ready at 5:47pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 5:49pm and after a couple minutes, the waitress came out to greet me. When she identified the correct order, she asked me for payment. I told her this order was already paid for online and she apologized for the mixup. She came back out around 6pm and asked me to sign the credit card slips and said the order would be ready in a couple minutes. Why wasn't the order ready at 5:47? The whole point of ordering and paying online is for fast convenient service. The waitress was kind and asked if I would like something to drink while I waited. I told her I didn't want anything to drink and I asked the server why the food wasn't ready at 5:47 and she apologized and said she would talk to her manager. At 6:12pm, the manager finally came out with my order. She apologized for the delay and said she could offer me a free dessert to compensate. Why would I want to wait longer for the restaurant to prepare a dessert? I had already been waiting 25 minutes beyond the time I was told my order would be ready. I declined the dessert and the manager said they couldn't offer a refund because I paid for my food online. I told her that was fine. At this point, I had wasted enough time at Applebee's and I just wanted to get back home to my wife and 1 year old. I'm not sure what happened to this location. We have eaten here many times over the last few years, but recently the service has become much worse. So...

Waited another 20 minutes at our table before a waitress came by to ask if we had been helped, after telling her that we had not been helped she asked if we wanted any drinks. 15 minutes later she brings us our drinks, but brought the wrong drink. Waited another 10 minutes to have that drink corrected, which another waitress commented on how watered down it looked (which it was). Another waitress comes by and takes our orders, 30 minutes before food comes out brought to us by another person (still have no idea who our waitress actually is). Food was cold, one plate was requested no onions, but you guessed it...it came loaded in onions. Girl who brought drinks after asking us if we had been helped...we’ll she turned out to be our actual waitress who was MIA pretty much the entire time (God know why she had to question if we had been helped, because obviously she hadn’t helped us). When we finally saw and flagged her down, we advised her the food seemed as if it was sitting for a long while and was cold. She immediately says “I’ll grab my supervisor” as she walks away, I noticed another table she was supposed to be handling was also having issues, and they were told by the waitress a manager was coming to their table also. 15 minutes goes by, no waitress-no manager.waitress comes by and while passing our table say “has the manager come by yet?” Obviously no... I finally go to the bar and ask if we can just get our bill because the entire situation was a complete nightmare. I get back to my table, manager shows up and apologizes, adds that the meal we wanted with no onions always comes with onions since the veggies are stir fried together (would have been nice to know when ordering it to begin with). She was kind enough not to charge us for the meals we couldn’t eat & only charged me for my 2 drinks.Our so called waitress walked by our table and slid my debit card across my table to me and said not one word (girl at the table next to me made a comment about how rude the waitress was in doing this).
