Cafe Botanica - Regency — Restaurant in Omaha

I really like the products and that is why I am giving 3 stars. The experience ordering online to be ready when I got there went well the first time I ordered so I. Wanted to do that again. The second time I placed my order , I selected my product and used my payment information same as before but my order was hot showing up on the website.( I used website not the app. I replaced order and still not showing up. Finally on the 3rd try my order went through. I then looked at my CC on my bank app and had been charged 3 times for the order that only showed up once. They use a payment company called Lunchbox. I let one of the owners know the day it happened and she said she would look into it. I did not get a call back the next day so I called at the end of the day to talk with here again but she was jot in. I called on the 3 rd day and she let me kno she had to contact Lunchbox , although that is what they use as a payment method she could not see anything in their system, only in hers and she did bot see the extra charges. She put in a ticket to lunchbox, they found the charges and said they would refund them but it would be up to me to verify with my bank. I verified with my bank and it is still not showing and will have to keep checking to make sure it does get refunded. Not a good costumer experience but the juice was good. I would not use the...

I ordered the beauty bowl about a week ago through doordash, and it was AMAZING!!! I had to call and tell how happy I was with my order...I spoke to Sarah (I'm pretty sure that was her name), and she was very nice! Today I ordered again, but branched out a bit to try some of the other products you offer and I definitely do not regret my order! Kiera, was very friendly when I spoke with her on the phone as well! Due to my chronic illness (diagnosed in 2019, complete digestive system failure and little to no motility to be able to fully digest food and obtain the needed vitamins and nutrients my body needs from my stomach and intestines, it is much easier for me in a more liquid form to receive those vitamins and nutrients), I am super limited in what I can consume (no dairy, limited gluten, and low fodmap). Everything here is a dream for me!!! For the most part, I can eat/consume pretty much all of the products offered! I'm so grateful that a place like this exists in Omaha!!! I visited your store in Omaha today and I am very disappointed in my order. I was very excited that there was a CLEAN ORGANIC place to eat here in Omaha but quickly realized it is not. I ordered the Protein Bowl Salad with avocado dressing. The salad said chicken was to come on it and I was shocked it was deli chicken. My idea of a cleaner place to eat is that there would be fresh chicken on this salad. The lettuce was also a disappointment. Wilted and nothing special. I asked the clerk if your dressings were gluten free and he said he was not sure. Again-clean eating store should know these things. IMO He then pulled out the jug of dressing for me to look at and I realized the dressings are not home made either. I guess I expected something totally different. By the way, the clerk was very nice. I also purchased the already prepared orange clean juice and again....disappointed. For a salad and a juice my total was $23.15.
