Zen Coffee Company - One Pacific Place — Restaurant in Omaha

In the past, I have frequented Zen West, and I expected the same quality from One Pacific Place, however the lattes both my friend and I ordered wet both horrible.

I have truly never tasted anything quite like this and I don't know if I can put it to words. There was no trace of whole milk, coffee, or even the flavoring I ordered. To be honest I have no idea what they gave me, it was truly bizarre, it almost tasted like a sweet, subtle oat milk with a hint of matcha. My friend had a similar problem, though hers was more like a Carmel milk with no coffee.

I would recommend avoiding, it was a huge waste of $6, and I would've demanded a refund had we not already been far...

Much different taste and flavor to my drinks compared to the West location. I ordered a hot matcha latte and there was too much matcha powder to the ratio of liquid. Tasted like I was drinking wet green sand The following week my second was a small regular black coffee that at 10am tasted wretched. Tasted like it was made with moldy and rotten grounds. Now I read that you can no longer go up to the walk up window pay with actual money no longer vocalize your order like a normal human being. With terrible tasting drinks and with these new changes No longer wish to order from this...

I love Zen coffee! It is an absolute amazing locally owned coffee shop that everyone should give a try. If you don’t like coffee they have other things to select from, so even the non-coffee drinkers in my crew can grab themselves a tasty treat! I also always try to partake when they randomly do gift card specials. The food is so delicious as well and the staff is always helpful at the location I visit. My birthday is coming up and it’s the first thing I plan on doing to celebrate!! Thanks Zen for giving us an awesome local...
