This place is amazing. Everything in here is delicious. I come in here once in a while for a treat for myself and my family. My favorite is the carrot cake. My son‘s favorite is anything chocolate since he’s a chocolate lover obviously. My wife loves anything lemon and raspberry. It’s the perfect combination for her can’t go wrong with either of those flavors. The store not only has cakes but they have all sorts of gift ideas And decorative ideas. They have something fit for every occasion such as birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, and every special day in between that you can think of and then some. If it’s not a special day then they can cater to exactly what you’re looking for. Their staff is always full of ideas and kindness. The facility is very clean and kept up in a very well manner. Their business hours are accommodating for everyone as well. They also provide delivery. My sister always likes to order me a birthday cake from there being that she is in Texas 1400 miles away for me. I look forward to her gift every year. Ordered 200 cupcakes to be delivered for my wedding, paid 50% of the total on the spot. Called a couple weeks before to confirm order, they said the person I ordered with quit and they no longer deliver on Sundays. They ended up honoring the order (as they should’ve) and I paid the remaining 50% balance, plus a set-up fee to make the desserts look nice for our wedding reception. They called me the day of, 20 minutes before my wedding ceremony asking when I was coming to get the order since they were closing soon. One of my bridesmaids had to demand they figure it out and keep their word on honoring the order that had already been paid in full. They managed to deliver very late, and didn’t bother making them look nice. They threw them on the counter and left. We have ordered here before for our youngest birthday so we thought it was a great idea to order here for my sons birthday this weekend but when i went to pick them up the petite woman working the checkout with short brown hair was pretty snippy and unfriendly. You cannot switch payments if you put a different card for payment. Also i was told when i called back that i could add to my order some of the cakes in the case but she said i could not which i know is untrue since we did it last time. Probably wont be back because of this experience we live pretty far so making a trip there just for these is not really worth it. Also kind of annoying that they have set boxes for the minis when its the same price as usual if your going to pick the flavors maybe...
