I love the fact they do not have regular soda for their drinks. It's craft drinks where they use organic growers. Not gmo, not artificial. Poke bowl is still a good deal and the flavours are fresh.

The only thing that costs extra in the whole line up (which is huge) is avocado, tomago and macadamia nuts. Every other addition is free. The amount of dole whip we received was much more generous this time where I felt the price was justified. They did not add the cinnamon like last time so not sure if they forgot or if they Discontinued that.

I ordered the large which was $13.50. I was pretty convinced I could eat it all. Nope. It's a lot. the difference between the regular and a large is an extra scoop of protein I was told. There's a lot of stuff you can get added into your bowl that does not cost you extra. I recall the avocado and I think green Tobiko (wasabi flavored maybe?) Was extra for example, but there's a huge list of items that are included and would just be too much to name it all. My issue was the service. They are very friendly at this location, however it would be nice if they were more proactive in explaining things to someone who had repeatedly told them it was their first. They missed out on a few explanations such as what the plastic glass was for (turns out it was water I think, I thought it was for my dessert that I asked to pay for now but to get later) and not asking/informing about the rewards system, etc.

They are pretty newly opened so I do plan to revisit it.

This location is inefficient and rude. I ordered three burritos from Doordash and when I showed up 20 minutes later, they had not even started on my order. I mentioned I ordered online and they said "Okay, it'll be out in a min" One employee went to the back to inform another employee I had an online order. She came out, stared at the tablet and then went to help another customer that was in line. I went to go wait in line because it seemed like those were the people they were serving first, without even looking back or asking to wait so she can get the order ready, she asked me what I would like. I told her I was the online pickup order and she said she had to contact support because they were all out of salmon, so I let her know that another protein was ok to use. We went through the line and she took her time with each order looking back at the tablet for the ingredients to put in it, I find this weird because I told her that I could just tell her what to put in. I expected more from a national poke chain, but take your money to the many other poke options...

UPDATE: we went on Saturday night and had the WORST employee ever. He was super unfriendly and was mumbling the entire time. He looked extremely unhappy and the poor girl who was working with him had to apologize to us on his behalf because he wasn’t doing his job, which is really not fair to the good worker there doing her job. I’m not changing my 5-star review because when I was there for the 1st time the owner Cyan was so incredibly nice. Let’s just say that if you don’t like your job, go somewhere else, do not ruin a good owner’s hard work.

I never called a single poke bowl delicious until I tried this place, it was absolutely amazing and I was super super full! (Which never happened with poke bowls they are always so small, my boyfriend was very full too!) the owner Cyan was super nice, I told her it was my 1st time and she really took her time to walk me through everything.
