Service at the car wash is abysmal. I pay $40 for the car wash booklet every month (4 car washes and tire shine each time, if you’re lucky). The past 6 times I’ve had to ask to get the tire shine applied and it’s like pulling teeth, the guy just rolls his eyes. The last time was the worst. They sent way too many cars through at once. By the time I got to the exit to get my car dried, two cars were in front. One getting dried, the other waiting. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting the car waiting. The car wash pull track system slid under my tires and still pushed my car forward. The employee barley got the car front of me to move in time. I could see cars behind me so I pulled over to the other side of the two car garage, at the exit, to give them more space to avoid getting rear ended (worst case). The employee waved me out to leave thinking I wasn’t going to have him dry my car. When he noticed I still wanted my car dried, he made a big fuss. Didn’t get the tire shine either, not surprised. I’m taking my business to Rocket Car in Elkhorn. Place just opened, $34 a month (per vehicle) for the highest package and UNLIMITED washes. Got my wife signed up too because she just purchased a new vehicle. They have a basic package for just $19 a month... it’s a no brainer. Staff is awesome!!! It’s not touchless but they have so many more perks, free vaccumm and cleaning towels to name a few. All I can say is I wish it had...
Read moreCar wash attendant was great. It is very confusing how they have it set up.
There is no signage that says to pay inside. No way to pay when you pull up. You have to pay at the pump but when I got gas it never gave me that option or you have to pay inside. That would be fine if there was clear signage.
The poor guy operating the wash has to run out and check each car’s receipt and explain how it works over and over. I was blocked in by other cars by the time I realized I couldn’t pay at the car wash. So he let me go through and then go inside and pay. I’m sure people could easily take advantage of this. Casey’s should fix this with at least a sign ASAP.
Great car wash though and helpful...
Read moreI stopped by one morning for gas and a bite to eat. They had a big selsection of "hot" food next to the register. I grabbed chicken tenders and fries. I found it odd that the case the food was in was wide open for anyone to touch or sneeze on, etc. When I got in car to eat, the food was very lukewarm like room temp. I was starving so I ate it anyways. My stomach hurt the rest of day and night. They reallh need to have this food heated properly and quit exposing it to everyone standing in line to pay. Its literally face level with all that stand in line and nothing is covering this food. Suprised the health dept hasn't got...
