The whole place felt ill fitting, and with the food that came out, beyond the capabilities of the staff to pull off. We ordered the Spring Rolls and Takoyaki for appetizers. I had the Nebraska Ramen and my wife the Black Tonkatsu ramen for mains. The takoyaki was overcooked on the outside, raw on the inside, and fully lacking in seasoning and flavor. The spring rolls were mildly overcooked and bland. The Black Tonkatsu charshu was bland and flavorless, the whole dish lacked seasoning, with only the agitama being just OK. The Nebraskas beef tasted boiled, it lacked seasoning and flavor, and either needed to be cooked less or a lot more but either way there was no way to est it without pulling it apart by hand to reduce it to edible size. The rest of the dish lacked flavor and seasoning as well as at least one or two elements of the dish with the egg being undercooked.
I wanted to try some of the sushi but eith the foods performance I just couldn't trust it.
The staff seemed to have low morale, and while I caught they were down a body that they had such a hard time dealing with so few customers speak ill for a place purported to be an izakaya or ramen. That there were so few people on a Saturday evening also speaks ill.
If this place was good once it certainly isn't now. Best to spend your money elsewhere as you have several oprions withon walking distance that isn't Lucky Tiger.

Read moreOrdered the vegetarian ramen and rainbow roll. You’d be better off with a packet of instant ramen and gas station sushi. Food lacked so much flavor it must be intended for the sheltered and fussy. The ramen was both cold and hot; a unique party trick perhaps but not one I want my food to perform. The noodles had clearly been left out for a while and then re heated because the textures varied from hard to soft. And don’t even get me started on the underwhelming performance put on by that sushi roll that should be easy for any sushi joint to get right but was treated as a lifeless afterthought. The decor is trying to hard to be hip, the kitchen is a mess and lacking order and professional upkeep, and the staff is doing their best to be uninspiring. So much so that when I was asked how the food was and I replied, “meh, it’s alright” the server said, “yeah, that’s about all I can muster at this point too after eating it for the last month.” For $30+ I could have gotten a gorged myself at Taco Bell and felt better about...
Read moreCame in around one today(Friday) and my server, Nitasha, was amazing. She took my order quickly and even though the menu is mostly in another language, she was very kind and took the time to answer all my questions and explain what things were. I ordered one of my favorite ramens, Tonkatsu, and it was a bit underwhelming (some veggies were cold, the broth tasted watered down and the egg- don't get me started.. Normally the soft boiled egg is my favorite part of a ramen bowl and to give them credit, it was cooked to perfection but this place definitely needs to work on its taste.. Even with the ramen not being up to my standards, the excellent service from the server really made the visit. Thank you so much! I loved the sweet green tea(iced).
Lucky Tiger, I'd like to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume the rest of your options are better than what I got. Please update your menu to make it more accessible to your locals (89% of Nebraska speaks...
