Jimmy's Egg — Restaurant in Omaha

Went to the restaurant to enjoy a Sunday breakfast with three other family members. We did not get upset when the waitress brought out Chorizo tacos, instead of the traditional breakfast that was ordered or when she somehow thought I wanted one piece of bacon and a tiny cup of fruit for breakfast when, in fact, I had ordered the Baja omelette with fruit and bacon for my sides. When I ordered, she asked me how many slices of bacon I wanted and I said one. I expected there would be an upcharge of some sort since my second side was a premium. I had to eat my breakfast after everyone had already finished. When I got my bill, I was charged for a full side of bacon. I asked What the upcharge should’ve been for 1 slice of bacon; the waitress Could not answer so a manager came over full of attitude and said do you really want me to adjust your bill for $1, it looked like the entire wait staff was talking about it/us and some were actually giving us the evil stare. I've been to this location before and was satisfied. Today I'm not sure what happened. When we walked in, the tables all seemed to be dirty which was odd because we litterally went when they opened. A server came by and asked if we'd like coffee (there was 2 of us). I said no thank you for myself and both cups of coffee was poured. A second server came and asked if we wanted more coffee in to which I explained that I can't have coffee and the other person in my party is drinking both cups. I was charged for 2 cups of coffee. I asked for hot chocolate and was told they didn't have any. I also asked for onions and cheese on my hash browns and only got cheese. Needless to say, I was there having a birthday breakfast for the person I was with....I'm just glad she liked her food...so that's what counts but I will not be back to this...

We drove up this morning at 11:30 and called the number on the banner out front and texted our name and what we wanted (two for a table). The automated reply said “We will right with you”. We waited for 30 minutes and saw some people come out. We then called on another phone and another name - same reply “we’ll be right with you”. After another 20 minutes- ( it was getting close to their closing time ) we went elsewhere. Our first attempt was Village Inn across Dodge Street- Sign on door said it was permanently closed. Only good thing is I got a haircut at Sport Clips. The greeter came out to curb and lined up an appointment while we were waiting. - I didn’t go up to door at Jimmys Egg. I just...
