Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Omaha

While the sandwiches are standard and consistently good, the customer service is severely inept. On customer service, if I could give ZERO stars I would. The last three orders have been severely botched, despite our efforts to prevent it. Prior to those 3 orders, we have had iffy experiences getting the sandwiches we actually order. Sometimes we got what we ordered, sometimes we didn't. The last 2 delivery orders despite having them read back the order, the delivered sandwiches were only 2/4 correct. The last time, because of that problem, my husband DROVE to the store to place the order in person. He ordered 2 Un-wiches. When he got home and opened up the sack, guess what he found? 1 un-wich and 1 regular sandwich. He drove back to the store and they made him a new one, but no offer of a refund for his inconvenience. If you order from this store, make sure you watch as your sandwich is being made. If you order for delivery, make sure you ask them to repeat the order. Only then will you have a 50/50 chance of getting what you want. Management is obviously poor there. I WISH we could choose the next closest JJ...but not allowed by corporate. I guess we need to go to Subway...

They forgot my chips on my order. Didn't want to inconvenience their employees and make them drive back. I told them just wanted the chips refunded. The manager was kinda rude on the phone about it when I said "excuse me?" because I didn't hear what he said. To which he started to yell in the phone. He offered me a store credit but it wouldn't be applied to my account? Seemed really strange. Idk man, weird they cant just refund for the chips but instead to make their employees drive all way back out to deliver a bag of chips. Mind you, I just didn't want to pay for something I didn't get. I felt like the situation was made hostile by manager. They brought the chips and someone aggressively banged his fist on my door. Like not a normal knock. I guess, pop off Jimmy Johns. Was trying to be opposite of a Karen but clearly your manager there has some anger problems. Food was ok but situation was hella weird.

I live 1.9 miles away and have ordered delivery twice. Both times has taken over 30 mins. I give three stars because the orders have always been accurate but I order Jiminy John's when I want something quick and easy but thats not the case with this location. I will try one more time but if it takes 30+ mins again I won't order from here anymore. I understand being short staffed which is why I'm giving it three tries.

**Update. Took it back down to one star. It's been over 20 mins and the food isn't out for delivery yet. A lady was really nice when I called but said it would be another 10-15 mins before it's delivered (from when they leave the store.) And they still haven't even sent it out yet. But they offered a free bag of chips....which didn't make up for forgetting mayo and mustard packets.... It took 40...
