I was a customer of the location on 156th & Q(closed) so I drove to this location. The owner was great and made my pizzas to order! Told him he has a new customer! My next visit was unpleasant, missing topping, tried to call next day, person was going to give credit for next pizza but wouldn't return to our call. I stopped in to the store and the girl was again unpleasant but trying her best to only give me a refund on the topping because we ate the pizza we received and baked after they were closed! So not only will I not return to Papa's location, but this might explain why the other location had to close if these 2 girls worked there too!! Read moreThey had prompt service for all online orders that were waiting in line. They had my order ready to go before i arrived and i didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes max. It was a busy night being a Friday and also Halloween. Years ago i had to wait almost 20 minutes to get my online order at this location so i am glad to see that the service has improved immensely since then. I didn’t take a picture of it but the cheese bread was phenomenal as well. Read moreShout out to this location for going above and beyond to accommodate my sister’s dietary needs: she can’t have garlic and onion (in addition to dairy and gluten) and the staff graciously went out of their way to make a pizza with sauce & pepperoni she brought in, because she wanted so bad to have dinner with our family tonight and not feel left out. As first time customers, this was a huge first impression!
