Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Omaha

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut on 2 occasions and both times have been HORRIBLE! We are from Texas ans my son is in the hosptial in need of a Multiple Organ Transplant so I don't have any transportation. If I had a choice, I would NEVER EVER order from them again. When I called the associate that was taking my order was very rude, seemed as if he didn't want to answer any questions that I had. Once I finished ordering I asked him to give me a breakdown of my total and he did, but hung up in my face when immediately after he finished. I called back and asked for the manager, and to my surprise the RUDE individual that I had spoken to WAS the Manager! I asked if it was the common customer service practice to be rude, and he hung up in my face again. I would have cancelled my order all together if it wasn't for the fact that my son has not eaten in over a year, and this would be his first opportunity to do so. I ordered a medium pizza because my son is unable to eat a lot and bread sticks. He said that the pizza was $12, $1? for tax $2? for the delivery, so I could only assume that the bread sticks were $4? They charged for the delivery, but then I was told that I would have to come downstairs to get my pizza when the driver comes. We are the customers & my son is in the hospital......ugh Where's the customer service????? After all, I did pay a delivery charge. Last, but not least he then tells me that it would take 1 hour for me to get my order and Google Maps said that it was a 6 min route without traffic! I could have walked and received my food faster!!!!! I wouldn't rate it with not even 1 star if I could submit my review without doing so. They...

Literally the worst Pizza Hut. Cannot get through to ask for a refund. I was on the hold listening to their pizza deals for almost 30 minutes. We picked up and wait time was adequate. Should have checked our order before we left. Pasta was like it was cooked days ago and left uncovered in the fridge. Those noodles we crispy, couldn’t eat. Marinara was just tomato juice like someone opened up V8 and poured it in a cup. Wasn’t sure if our pepperoni sauce was made with V8 juice either so I didn’t eat any of it. Our cheese pizza was supposed to have marinara sauce, not their stinky cheese sauce. Double checked our receipt to see if I made a mistake but no it was on there with marinara. Our cheese sticks weren’t burnt this time!!

Not the first time we’ve had troubles here. They constantly mess up orders or forget things. Last March I waited 2 HOURS for our delivery (weather was good). Called for refund and they wanted me to come into the store to get a refund in the start of a pandemic when you couldn’t even buy toilet paper. Don’t order here at the Underwood location. So I ordered delivery at 7:06pm on a Friday night for my family. At 8:11, I checked the app because we hadn’t gotten our delivery. The app said the estimated time of delivery was 8:06pm (5 minutes prior to the current time). I called the store to check up on the delivery. After being put on hold I gave my information to the gentleman. He then told me as an aside that my order was canceled at 7:44 (almost 40 minutes after it was ordered). He then put me back on hold to investigate. When he came back to me several minutes later, he had forgotten why I was on hold and I had to re-give my information. This time the phone was passed to a shift supervisor who explained that they had in fact canceled my order and I had no food. She did offer to remake the order for me and give me half off. Unfortunately, at this time I had been on the phone for over 15 minutes bringing the total time to 80 minutes. We didn’t have time to wait any longer.
