I ordered an iced matcha with vanilla...nothing complicated, took her forever to make it, came out luke warm, NO ICE and no vanilla. Disappointed in Scooters, the service and quality have gone way down. Switching back to Starbucks or literally anywhere else.
Update: she did fix it and said she could tell the drink wasn't quite it, so I'm not sure why she still handed it to me that way. The only reason I took it was bc there were 2 cars behind me and I was upset at how long it took considering no cars were in front of me. I should have immediately went back to the drive thru. Luckily I work nearby and could go back within 30 seconds bc once I sat at my desk I realized that I actually deserve a well made drink that is exactly what I ordered. Glad she fixed it but give the baristas a one on one on how to make a matcha latte so no one else...

After offering to show her my previous year's worth of same order, she re-rang and then charged for a cup of ice. When I told her I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew I was going to get charged the "new" price of .75 she let me know that if they have to pay for it, so do I.
