The new management has turned this location into possibly one of the worst ones in omaha. I used to go out of my way to come here but ever since they got a new manager itâs been horrible, they replaced all the employees I grew to love with new people that could very obviously care less about you or the job. Every time I leave im left feeling like I did something wrong by giving them my business, im left feeling like a nuisance that disrupted their busy day of standing around. Not to mention they were the only location that didnât try to shove products down your throat, you can tell them five times that you donât want anything else and they will still try to up sell you on something else. The only way to get past this is to just ignore them and drive up to the window which I hate to do as im a very polite person. Itâs really unfortunate I used to love this location and now I have to drive miles out of my way to another one just to avoid the train wreck that this one has become. P.S. before the owner leaves a comment telling me to fill out a form to contact management save yourself some time and skip that part for me, I already tried to talk to the manager in person and as soon as I very politely told her my concerns she immediately started to ignore me and basically threw my order at me. I assumed they would provide individual ones but I was wrong. Woman at window offered to add both and handed it back to me with the warning âitâs kinda full.â That was an understatement. It was almost as if they were able to fill it above the rim. When I took the lid off (assuming it would be too hot to drink through the lid) it spilled everywhere. Luckily I was stopped but my pants were soaked. The coffee was ok, but not hot. Not a happy customer and inexcusable. They could have poured some out before adding cream. Why not ask the customer if theyâd like cream or sugar when they order if youâre not providing individual ones...

Crane is an Omaha original and a nice alternative to Starbucks or Scooters. This is the only location I'm familiar with, but between the rewards program and the fast, very friendly staff, I keep coming back.
Prices are comparable to Starbucks, but what sets them apart is the actual coffee, in my opinion. There are some very good roasts for sale and collaborations with local artists. If you're looking to shop local and get your caffeine kick, check them out!
My recommendations: Crane Special (Mocha, Hazelnut, Caramel) and a Crane Curl (some kind of braided pastry cinnamon...
