Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Omaha

Ordered a blended decaf oat milk carmelicious with whipped cream and drizzle and the order was absolutely messed up. We came in the late afternoon on a weekday, there wasn’t many people, the girl who took our order was very friendly but the girl with the glasses and bangs in the back was extremely dismissive telling us yes when we asked to confirm if our order was decaf oat milk. It in fact was not. The drink was also very poorly made, there was a chunk of blended ice in the center with coffee poured around it and missing sugar/sweetener and the milk gave us diarrhea. I feel bad for the other girl who was very sweet to be included in this poor review as she was not the problem but I do not recommend coming to this location for the lack of precautions made to...

Came here a couple nights ago when I was shopping and the lady at the counter was just unnecessarily rude, apparently it was almost close which the hours said otherwise and when I was leaving still seemed open but she still complained very loudly while there was 3 others. And when I got my drink the amount of pumpkin spice that was in it was ridiculous, I just threw it away cause it burned my throat to even drink it. I get we all have bad days but that’s just ridiculous, no reason why you should intentionally ruin a drink because someone came in apparently like 15 minutes...

It was earlier in the day, around 10, when I decided to drop by for a coffee. There was only on employee and she was working on multiple drinks for a restaurant next door. Understanding that I waited around 6 mins. And when she finished she came over to take my order only to tell me that she was out of the all the ingredients to make what I wanted only an hour after opening. That's unacceptable, I wasn't offered anything in place of what I wanted and no apologies and so I left. This is not disruptive of the entire store but makes me never want to visit that particular...
