Recently during a bogo promo, I purchased several frapuccinos. The fraps were 3/4 full of whipped cream, and I specifically heard an associate (young man with glasses, and blue hair) talking negatively about such a purchase so late (after I got off work at 6:30). I chose not to call the manager (even though I do have pictures as proof), because I buy coffee often at this specific location. I've recently heard 2 of my friends whom ordered coffee at around 5:30 say that another (lady) associate questioned her on why she was ordering so late, and secondly, the associates (at Starbucks) specifically took about a half an hour to brew coffee when they were not busy and the parking lot is empty (this has also happened to myself so I'm aware it is happening often during evenings.) I hope that your associates become a little more friendly towards customers, or I WILL definitely take my and my friends' money elsewhere. Read moreNot sure of their secret but my regular order tastes better from this location. At first I thought I was imagining it or maybe just a fluke, but no. They make my regular Starbucks favorite even better. Even tried a breakfast sandwich which from other locations is ok, but definitely tastes microwaved and usually all jumbled in the bag. My sandwich was hot but didn't have the over microwaved taste and the sandwich topping were on the bread not the bag! It's the little things like that which keep me coming back. Starbucks is a personal luxury not a necessity in my life so I appreciate the extra attention. Service is always efficient and friendly. Usually hit the drive thru which is surprisingly quickly with a long line of cars. Went inside for my latest visit. It's clean and baristas have great attitudes. Read moreThis location is ALWAYS fast and usually the staff is friendly. However, I had an issue w ordering a new drink and the individual at the drive-thru was quite rude. When I received my drink it was nothing what I had ordered. Normally I’d just drink it, however the fact that the person was rude and not helpful at ALL- I parked and went in. I spoke with Abi and she was SO incredibly nice! She helped me figure out what I needed and re-made a drink TWICE from my 1st just to get it right! (I felt awful, yet if it’s a $6 drink it should be what you want.) Abi REALLY wanted me to get my coffee exact!
