The new owners are sweet , thoughtful and attentive also new menu looks great food is quite good in fact the owner can throw down , food is soo good . Appetizers - Chicken satey with peanut sauce , they have a new peanut sauce and damn its good better then the old recipe. Meatballs- Thai style Meatballs , lightly breaded or a pan sear on them but man these are good. Entrees Pineapple fried rice - fried rice with chicken and shrimp , Pineapples , onions , bell peppers , eggs toped with cashews , garlic and green onions A delicious balance of sweat and savory with a hint of good fishy flavor from the shrip not to salty and not to sweet . Pad woon sen- stir fried glass noodles choose your meat , stir fried bamboo shoots , onions , bell peppers mushrooms , carrots and eggs toped with a bit or fried garlic I had the beef was real chewy so I'm getting chicken next time But was a good noodle dish , can't go wroung with the glass noodles good balance of flavors nice and boldly spiced but a nice Suttle garlic flavor cooked with a mildly sweet sauce to balance it out .

I tried not to post/review this but eventually I did because its such a terrible experience and I am extremely disappointed I ordered curry fried rice and Thai fried rice and both are bizarre. The Thai fried rice in particular is just white rice with absolutely no flavor (see pics) and very dry. The curry fried rice to my surprise is also very dry and has lots of turmeric and turmeric only. There is no authenticity to this food. Either the chef is in a hurry and missed to stir fry the rice or this is how the dish is. I wouldn't go back here.

I phoned in a takeout order for some Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp as well as some Crab Rangoon. They told me it would be 45 minutes, no problem. I arrived on time, my order was ready and the man behind the counter double-checked it, noticed the Crab Rangoon was missing and got it fixed very quickly. Their spice scale is 1-10, and I ordered a 5. Next time I will try a 4, but all was good.

So they charge you extra for the protein that you are not buying in addition to the protein you ask for. I have never heard of this practice at any other thai restaurant. Super unethical.

To give you an example if you get the tom kah soup and you want tofu instead of the chicken? You are paying for the tofu and the chicken. On top of the price you will be charged 2 extra dollars for the protein you want. To clarify you are paying for the chicken even if you don’t want it in your soup.

Give this place a skip and just go to khao naoi or thai esarn where they don’t pull unethical practices like this.

To respond to the owner’s reply: I was not informed you were charging me 2 dollars extra for the tofu over the phone (you only gave me the total), I would not have gone through my with my order had I known. When I went to your restaurant, I felt pressured to get the food at the point because you already have cooked it. Next time, let your customer know on the phone you charge extra for protein. This is not personal. This just makes your practice less unethical for...

My kids decided to take their mother out for dinner and because Inner Rail has several places to eat, we went there. As noted, the atmosphere there is fantastic. My wife likes Thai food and really enjoys Pad Thai for a meal. I enjoy it also but it's not my biggest choice in types of Thai food to eat. This was one of the reasons I don't plan on going back, it just wasn’t all that good. Normally we don't eat much so we split our meal. On this occasion we got an appetizer. You could tell the appetizer was frozen then deep fried, (not prepared at the location). When we ordered I quickly paid with my debit card. I thought we were paying just for the meal but they stuck me for a tip to my surprise a tip when I came home to put in my charges in our ledger. I’m telling you this really upsets me. And I don't know why I needed to read closer when signing for the amount. That’s dirty pool, and why we will never go back Thai Kitchen. Boo on your business and boo on your sneaky tactics. Also, a tip, for...
