From start to finish, our dinner at Ciatti’s was genuinely outstanding. The moment we sat down, we knew we were in for something special—largely thanks to our server, Katie, who was amazing. She was warm, incredibly attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our whole table was happy. Not only did she check in frequently (without being overbearing), but she also happily accommodated all of our requests—including swapping the meats in our entrees for seafood without hesitation. That level of flexibility and service is rare. We started with the fried ravioli, which was crispy, flavorful, and the perfect start to the meal. For entrees, our group ordered the mostaccioli, fettuccine, capellini, and cashew-crusted salmon—all customized with seafood, and every dish hit the mark. The pasta was rich and comforting, and the salmon was cooked to perfection. Dessert was a strong finish—don’t skip it. The raspberry white chocolate cheesecake was indulgent and smooth, while the tiramisu was classic and well-balanced. This place isn’t just about the food (which is excellent); the service makes it memorable. Huge thanks to Katie for making our night so enjoyable—we’ll definitely be back.

One of the best dining experiences I've had in the area. Girlfriend and I have tried coming here numerous times only to find a hefty wait in front of us. Finally found the time to arrive earlier in the evening and I must say I understand the hype now. Everything about our visit was near perfect. The atmosphere is very relaxing, with dimmed lights and very classy seating. Service was excellent as well, with our waitress being exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The food itself was easily the highlight of the evening, however. Everything from our appetizers and drinks to the main courses was prepared with obvious attention to detail and was VERY flavorful. My spicy chicken penne was one of, if not THE best iteration of that dish I've had. My advice for anyone wanting to try Ciatti's would be to do like us and come early for dinner. Heck, after tasting the food once I'd say not to be dissuaded by a wait if you happen to run into one. Their all around excellence will certainly make it a wait worth sitting through.

The ambiance of this restaurant was par for the course, we both appreciated the lighting and the soft background music, not to mention to cloth napkins and comfortable seating. Our server, Cassie did a phenomenal job with our food and had an upbeat pleasant demeanor. Our appetizer of calamari was on point, it was lightly breaded which we both appreciate. Our drinking glasses never went empty, always had a full glass of water and a beer for my husband. I had the walnut chicken salad and my husband went for the lasagna. I have to say.. having a hand cut salad definitely makes the difference. I could tell it def wasn't from a bag. My husband enjoyed his wonderful cheesy lasagna and I my salad. What a wonderful place to come as a couple or to bring your family. All too often we always hear about massive chain restaurants and their food is always less than...shall we say appetizing.. let me tell ya folks Ciattis Italian restaurant knows what they are doing. Definitely worth the drive in the snow

Very poor service. Waitress was clueless. She brought the wrong food out to two of the children. Both plates were brought back. One of the plates returned was still wrong and had to be brought back again. By tike the children got their food everyone else at the table of 10 had eaten their food. One of the people at the table expressed how the children's food should be taken off the bill. She said she'd speak to the manager. (Manager never came to the table at all to address the situation, she stood at the bar talking) When everyone was done the waitress brought the bills. It was not split the way she was asked to do it. The messed up food was still on the bill. We then asked for the manager to come to the table. 10 minutes later the manager shows up. She explains that she didn't take the food off of the bills because shrimp is too expensive. She said she just took an appetizer off the bills(they split the apps between all tickets even though we specified who had what🤦‍♀️ also added more marinara than we ordered) Manager didn't apologize until she came out 20 minutes after they went to adjust our bills(the bills we all had to adjust on our own. Not during this fiasco. We had to write what each of us had on the back of our reciepts) There is more to the list of things that went wrong with the service but I'm pretty sure I've said enough already. Not the way I had hoped to spend my sister's birthday dinner. Waitress' name was Layla. Manager's name was Brittany. Our reservation was at 7 this evening we didn't leave there until 930 and not because we were socializing Not impressed at all....
