I wanted to stop here and grab a drink on my way home. There were more employees than usual and they would not acknowledge us when we walked into the store. After a few minutes of waiting a girl told us they would be right with us. Then a guy came out of the back and took our order. We got two drinks and a danish. The danish and first drink came out pretty timely. However, after 15 minutes of waiting our second drink was still not up. I think they weren’t making it on purpose. The employee asked another employee if she should make certain drinks and she said yes. I think they were just choosing which ones they wanted to make instead of based on who was here first. Multiple people who came in way after us left with their drinks before us. When my drink was finally ready, it was made wrong. With the employees taking their sweet time making the beverages there shouldn’t have been any issues. There was no sense of urgency with the employees like there usually is. The store wasn’t having rush but I would say it was busy. There were about 5-6 people inside, maybe a couple cars in the drive through, and a few mobile orders. There were also at least 6 employees that I could see so I just feel like they could have been more efficient. This is definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks. Read moreIn town quickly to do a little shopping. Stopped at this location & the drive thru was quite busy so I ran inside thinking it would be quick. There was a line inside as well. THERE WAS NO GREETING WHATSOEVER. We stood there for abou three minutes when and the man behind the counter finally and simply said "there's only two of us here. If you want coffee you should go someplace else". I looked at the lady in front of me and she replied "this store isn't what it used to be." She then recommended the location in a nearby Target store. I would this location and instead just head straight to the Target store for your Starbucks fix. This has been my go to drink every morning for years and the past couple of months the quality has been bad. The cold foam used to be smooth, creamy, and sit on top. Now it’s watery, tasteless, and starts falling through right away. When my drink gets handed to me, it looks like a simple latte. The whole point of the cold brew and cold foam was the separation. I asked about this and was told that it always looked that way. Well color me stupid then because what have I been getting for years?
