Don Valerio's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Onley

I purchased 6 steak tacos and a steak quesadilla. I asked them to make it three individual steak tacos in each box. Instead, they put 3 taco shells at the bottom of the box and made it as a taco salad. The receptionist asked me 3 different times do I want it as a taco salad? And I told her no period called back to the restaurant spoke with the manager. He told me that's how they make them. I told him that is incorrect. I told the manager I was on my way back to his restaurant. It It was going to take me 22 minutes to drive to the Restaurant, and I would like to have my food fresh instead when I got there. My food was already made still cold. Not prepare like I asked them to make it. I asked him to remake the food over again. He caught an attitude. I spent $62 at 75 cent an order that was incorrect and remade. Before I could even get there and the order was cold. If you're looking to take out, make sure you double check 2 or 3 times before you leave that restaurant. It makes no sense of how much I spent for 6 tacos and a quesadilla for it to be made wrong. Then they remade my quesadilla, instead of remakin, the quesadilla, they took my old quesadilla and stuck it back on the grill. This is very unacceptable, and I would never come...

We always come here. It has always been good until today. I always get two things. The beef burrito or beef enchiladas with rice and beans. I always get cheese sauce instead of enchilada sauce. We have been coming here for a year never been charged for it. Today I ordered the enchiladas with cheese sauce instead of red sauce and the waiter said it’s 4.00. We looked at him like what. He said it cost us extra for cheese sauce. We ask the owner and the owner said it’s up the waiter or waitress to charge whatever. We told him that we would Not be back and that’s crazy to leave it up to waiter or waitress. He then said good because we have been taking his money. We looked at him and said we haven’t been taking ur money. If it’s up to ur waitress or waiter that’s on them. Needless to say our weekly visits ended today. I usually have a very good experience at Don Vs but tonight I ordered carryout. The waitress who took my order read it back to me and told me the amount. I pick it up, bring it home, pour what i thought was the cheese dip over my food, and its ranch! I call to explain it was wrong and have it replaced. In the middle of talking to the female manager, she puts the phone down to greet someone AND seat them. Comes back several minutes later and tells me I didnt pay for the cheese (i didnt get a receipt to verify) but they will replace the dinner but charge me for cheese I didnt get if I still want it!! She was beyond rude, never apologized for their error, and was very snotty! I would think Don Vs would employ better managers with customer service experience. This is a very big black mark on...
