The lady taking the orders was so sweet and did such a good job explaining to the Cook unfortunately something was terribly wrong with the meat and the inside of the burrito tasted like I was eating the paper wrapper I'm not sure what was wrong but I've never ever had a shredded beef burrito tastes so terrible it was like salty paper I don't know how else to explain it and it was inedible which is just a shame because I used to love the burritos from this place but I don't think I'll ever go back now. I don't think it was anything that the cook did it just seemed like the meat was very very old and super dry and tough and the vegetables that were in it just were bizarre they just tasted like burnt paper I don't know it was just like leftover old stuff I don't know how to explain it burnt old stuff that maybe was left from a few days ago I don't know maybe they tell him he's not allowed to make fresh I don't know it used to always be really fresh and delicious and the meat was very tender but not now so sad and disappointing and I was driving so unfortunately I didn't realize until I was quite some distance away and that it was that bad the first few bites were all tortillas so anyways I won't...

The bean, cheese, and rice burrito was awful! The rice was crunchy and not cooked all the way. What is wrong with the labor force out there???? Yikes, people, we're digressing??!! It's a bean, cheese, and rice burrito for crying out loud. The salsa was also bland and flavorless...disappointed. My favorite mexican food joint in the IE was closed. So I came here because of the suggestion of a fan... bruh I wanted to like it because everyone kept telling me about the lore of albertos, and I was super hyped. But the food was garbage and not worth the $50 price tag. I got the super burrito and the super fries with steak. The steak was straight up rubber and fat chunks. The super burrito was just plain chicken, when the lady told me it had beans, sour cream and quacamole in it, but it was plain chicken. The first bad sign honestly was when I got the food, and the smell. It smelled like a dead fetal pig i disected in my biology class. Back to the fries, the cheese wasn't melted, the meat quality was poor. I honestly do not understand the hype of Albertos. Sorry fam. Albertos ain't it. Really disappointed b/c the person who reccomended it reccomended great spots in the past. This one did not make the cut. For the first time in the history of burrito reviews, on the scale of orgasmic, it's a 0/10. I would not get this again. The emplpyees were nice and the service was good. But the food...
