LONG REVIEW Upon entering we were greeted and seated right away. We were seated in the very back of a very crowded and small room. It was very loud because you had to yell to speak to the person sitting at your table. Got even louder when people left because when the bus boy came to clear the tables he was kicking the wooden chairs around on the tile floor making an unsettling noise. Our server who never introduced herself came and took our drink order, our food order and didn't come back till we were ready to leave. When she came for our drink orders I asked about the house beers and was directed to a QR code under the glass on the table, where they also keep menus. Luckily I had my phone as I normally don't take it in with me when I am out to eat. The QR code takes you to their website where you have to search for the drinks... You would think a brewery who has 10 different beers would have an accessible beer menu but they don't!
Now on to the food. I had the sticky ribs with garlic Parmesan fries, they brought my dish with the ribs completely covering the fries and the fries were smothered with bar b que sauce. I asked for new fries on the side and they brought new ones. The ribs were undercooked and still had blood in them, they were loaded with fat or had barely any meat on them. The only tasty part of the meal was the bar b que sauce and the Stella Artois that I decided on because I got tired of the pop ups on their website for becoming a vip member.
My wife got the California burger that was soggy and falling apart, the buns basically just fell apart and crumbled into pieces. She tried cutting the burger in half and it didn't help at all. She was asked if she wanted ranch in which she replied yes, not informed it's .75 cent charge for half a paper cup like they have at McDonald's but bigger.
When we were ready to leave we asked for the check and our original server who finally showed back up brought us a clipboard and placed it upside down on the table and walked away.. no one ever came back so we took it to the front to pay and apparently that's not what you are supposed to do.... So another server came and processed the payment for us. There was another couple also confused on how to pay. The servers are all over the place and seem to not have an area to stick to. Very unorganized! The whole experience...
Read moreUse to be a family favorite. Went there 2 weeks ago, called in my order at 5pm. The order was to be ready by 530pm. Went in at 535pm, the place was packed out. I was greeted by staff and told my order would be out in 5 mins 10 mins tops. I continued to send staff to the back to see about my order. 5 staff members later and 30mins past my pick up time, my order finally came out. The team wasn't at all apologetic about my wait time. I called the restaurant the following day to speak with the manager with hopes of a resolve. He said he would speak with the staff, review footage and call me back by 2pm. Here I am 2 weeks later and I didn't hear anything. My number one problem is that I ordered food for 9 family members and had to pay upfront and forced to leave a tip only to be placed on the back burner while they serve the patrons in-house instead of assisting a customer who spent over 200 dollars upfront with a forced tip.
I told the manager that I was upset that I was forced to leave a tip and the service was not good as each person kept telling me they are checking and wrapping up my order for well over 30 mins past my pick up.
I have turned all of my family on to heros at least 4 different hoseholds and they all are now no longer interested in patronizing Heros because of this ongoing issue of calling in or placing a online order just to be placed on the back burner. They all asked what the outcome of this situation was and I told them that there wasn't any.
At most I want my tip back because it was forced and the service I received didn't deserve my tip. By nature I believe in tipping and tipping well but they fell short too many times this time and I'm done. I will no longer give my money or time to a place who doesn't value me enough to address...
Read moreCame here on a Friday night and was immediately sat at a table. Our waitress, Holly, was amazing. She took our drink order and kept checking back until we were ready to order. We ordered the "our wisky sour" drink and it was decent. Not the best but not the worst drink we've ever had. Next we go the Sticky Ribs for an appetizer, which was incredibly delicious. The ribs were falling off the bone and tender, the sauce was sweet with a slight kick and they were atop garlic fries. Next we both ordered burgers. I got the black and blue burger and my husband got the red tractor burger. I ordered mine well done, but it came out medium rare. Holly took care of it right away and made me a new one. None the less, both burgers were so huge you could barely take and bite and the meat was juicy and seasoned well. I got the onion rings as a side, which were slightly overdone but still good and my husband got the baked beans which were flavorful. We were so full from the appetizer we were only able to take a few bites of our food, but always save room for dessert. We ordered the apple cobbler, and it wasn't a surprise that it was amazing as well. The atmosphere is slightly loud as they have a full bar with many drinks to choose from and more tvs than you can count to watch the different sports playing. All in all, great experience and we will definitely be back when we're...
