I really don't know what the issue is. It's been awhile since my last visit, because we received such horrible service - a 45-minute wait, For bean and cheese burritos, fries and beverages, and the manager did not care to refund our money, nor did she apologize for the ridiculous wait time. Before you start thinking they were crazy busy - no they were not. The manager, and her staff, was only busy having a conversation behind the counter. No, it wasn't a training, but a conversation with jokes and personal information, that lasted 45 minutes! Doing their jobs, and providing quality service was the last thing on their minds. In speaking with on of the employees about the lack of care and lack of service received, he frankly admitted, "They're like that." Fast forward to today. We decided to give this Baker's location another chance, because I have a thing for their burtitos. We asked for, and paid for sour cream in our bean and cheese burritos, and even though it was listed on the receipt, not one burrito had sour cream in it. We received a crazy amount of salsa, but no straws, and no forks. Now, I have heard that we're supposed to ask for straws, in the State of California, so we returned for straws. I would think that if you're providing napkins, you would provide a fork for meals that require the use of one. Oh wait! Did we receive napkins? Needless to say, we will not be returning to this Baker's location, on Archibald, in Ontario, California. How many others are being robbed? These small charges multiplied by daily, weekly, monthly, yearly purchases add up....
Read moreI’ve been to this location if you times, and It usually, service has been great. I just went through the drive-thru, somewhat busy, but I ordered two meals and 10 tacos. I get to window I pay, they give me my order. I asked for hot sauce, and a guy work in the window to please double check everything was in there. He said yes. I look in the bag and I see one burger meal and a couple other bags and I’m thinking maybe they put the tacos on top of the other meal. I get home check everything and I am missing one meal. I tried calling the restaurant about 10 times and no answer. And I specifically asked the idiot working the window, to please double check my order for that reason because I live about 7 miles away. This is the closest bakery to me. It’s not worth the time or if you want to go back to try and get my meal and let the rest of my order get cold. I tried to get a hold of someone at the restaurant so they can just refund my money but they can’t even do that and answer the phone. And I spent almost $40. This is complete BS. Bakers used to have such high standards, that seems to be going out the door with many other fast food joints.Man this place never...

Unfortunately I don't have a photo of the terrible quality burger/ food I was given. I was so surprised how bad the quality was in went in to speak to the manager. RODERICK who was not listening and became defensive when I asked for a refund. I was in the drive thru for 10 min after ordering my food. It was me and the car in front of me. When my Double Baker came out it was smashed and thrown together it literally had a finger indentation in the bun. I couldn't even tell if items were missing it was made so sloppy. I ask Roderick to look at it and he said nothing was wrong with it. This was the worst quality Burger I have ever received from Baker's. I am a fan of Baker's. Not anymore! He refused to give a refund because he was too busy trying to defend the terrible quality of the food. He offered to make it again and I said NO, I DONT WANT YOUR FOOD.
