I just left there on the 4th of July and I bought a couple of crispy chicken wraps and a medium curly fry with a strawberry fanta to be exact. I also got a 3 taco combo with no lettuce on the tacos and out of the 3 only one had no lettuce. The food was so nasty and cold. I couldn't even bite into the wrap without almost breaking a tooth. The tortilla taste like it had been through it all just terrible. So I take the food back with the receipt for a rude little girl who calls herself a manager was very I mean very disrespectful. So she tell me she not going to remake my order. Proceeds to tell me that she wasn't the one who took the order walking around trying to see who took the order just to let me know and make sure I knew that it wasn't her that took the order I sent my son to get the food he had to walk back, she claims that it was 30 minutes ago, and that she's not replacing my food. Regardless, you do not get what you want is what she tells And that's it. So I'm appalled, I'm like, you gotta be kidding me. I brought this food right back, and it wasn't even touched, you could see it wasn't even made right out of the 3 tacos that were supposed to have no lettuce, only one of them made it with no lettuce, and besides that, the food presentation and everything about it was nasty, it was old. You're supposed to make the customer happy. We spend a lot of money on this food these days, and she did not have to be rude to me. She's was very unprofessional, just being rude to me for no reason at all, this is Jack in the box y'all. it's not that hard to make a couple things fresh for somebody and you weren't even busy. And I'm just appalled with the service that I received, and I left the food on the counter because they tried to call the police on me and all I wanted to do was get my food fresh, what kind of world are we living in That's a problem. I'm a hard-working American. All I wanted to do was feed me and my daughter, and this girl tells me she's not remaking my food. So I left the food on the counter with the receipt, and I walked out of there because they were all gathered up to try to attack me. I'm the customer. I will do my best to never return back to this location. They were very rude and they're always rude there. There's only one manager in there That is alright, and she wasn't there. Today. So I will be calling up there tomorrow to make sure that they hear about this incident. That happened. It's all on camera. And the fact that I can't do anything about it and she just walks away and tells me she's not remaking my food and tries to call the police on me?. It is the worst feeling, because I already spent the money and the food was not made right and her job was to make me happy and remake it.I brought back all the food and I had the receipt.It was not fair, the way I was treated by those workers in that jack in the box. It's the one on 1840 Holt Blvd in Ontario Ca. I wish I could have gotten the names of the people on that shift, but all I have is the time and I left the receipt and the food on the counter. I didn't do anything wrong. This needs to be taken care of those people need to be out of there. If they do not want to do their jobs right? People need money. And there are workers who will work and do the job right and not be rude. I'm sure Jack himself would not be happy to hear about the service that I received today. There's a lot more to the incident, but it's just too much to go over but I will be calling corporate. And I'm gonna keep on trying Because this world we live in is insane and nobody should be...
Read moreDrive thru was long when I pulled in. Same car was at the window well after I placed my order. I waited forever to pull up at the window. The car behind me backed out. Once I got there, my order was incorrect on two accounts. Some girl named Ari came to the window started arguing with me about swiss being on my burger. When it clearly wasn't and it wasn't a special order. Candidly told me the spread was swiss cheese. This was after they gave me a burger that I did not order at all and it didn't match my receipt. I asked for the manager after she yelled and pointed her finger telling me, you need to calm down. After I told her to fall back from the window and there was no point in her being there. She never got the manager so, I asked the young male working the drive thru to call him. Robert the manager came with an attitude and told me to move as I was blocking his drive thru, as if I wasn't there first. When I asked him to call his female employees over so I could address the correct girl involved, he said, they are working, although they weren't. They were all watching as myself and the girl had the exchange. Laughing and clearly not working. He then said, if you don't want to tell me, although, I was trying to explain with the correct details, he was calling the cops. He slammed the window, and called the cops. I walked inside to get the girls name and the owners name and he wouldn't give me the owners name just a general number after he hung up with law enforcement. He was never accommodating, only wanted to argue. Over 25 years of visiting this location, never had that experience. Someone also told me on a visit there, while waiting on their order, upon attempting to retrieve their food, was asked, do you have a receipt... I hope they are not playing the race card against blacks... I called later. Ari answered and asked me what I ordered and said, Robert left and she was the shift lead but didn't have the owners information and she was new. The shift lead did not have the owners info... phone hung up. I called back three times, to only get hung up on. FYI, watch your credit card at this location. Read moreI’ve been here about a handful of times, and if I can recall correctly..Maybe only 2-3 times I have had no issues! Other than that this place seems to always have some type of issues! For instance I went yesterday and ordered my daughter a shake and myself a large Sprite! When I reached to grab my drink I noticed that it was hot! No ice at all! I told them hey I think someone forgot to put ice in my soda. He told me OH NO WE DIDN’T FORGET, ITS BECAUSE OUR ICE MACHINE ISNT WORKING! I thought to myself WOW! Then when I took a sip of it! Yuck hands down something was really off..but my daughter was more then happy with the shake she ordered. Also before they never would take ApplePay or anything to do with using your phone to purchase food. But that’s one great thing they’ve changed. Now your able to, also inside the ladies restroom is pretty bad! I don’t think anyone wants to clean up, someone else’s nastiest.
