I go to starbucks daily spending 30 to $50. We get anywhere from 4 to 5 drinks and some food items. In a month, we spend anywhere from 900 to $1500 a month on Starbucks. This past month was my birthday I asked for my b day drink , and they gave it to me but maybe I should not have since the supervisor mistakened it for a re make? Another incident My daughter didn't like her Chai tea That day we bought our regular 4 drinks and 2 food items but added 3 more food items and 3 more drinks because my daughter had her gfs sleep over for homecoming. She said her chai tea was water down and there was too much ice so I asked to have it remade, no biggie right out of 13 items one was remade little did I know it was a nuissance .... Another incident today my pumpkin spice was watered down so I asked to have it remade. If you're not counting including my birthday, that is a total of 3 drinks. If you ask me 3 drinks out of Anywhere from a 120 to a 150 drinks a month is not a big deal. You would think but I guess I'm wrong because when I went to go ask to have the pumpkin spice latte remade today I was told they will no longer remake my drinks. I have told other Starbucks in nicer areas what the supervisor said to me how my drink with a reciept that is full made only 20 min ago that me asking for a remake (quality) is the cause of me not being allowed to ask for quality or to have my drinks remade ever again and how that Starbucks has treated me they Gasped Because their policy is that they are supposed to remake your drink without question. Which makes sense you pay the ridiculous amount for quality so when something is not made right you want it remade otherwise why not get seven eleven coffee? If you can provide a receipt, I provided a receipt. The receipt wasn't good enough. The refusal to remake my drinks didn't even come from a regular employee, it came from the supervisor. I saw another comment that said that this Starbucks will not work with its customers. Not only will it not work with its customers, it takes advantage of their customers. You think that I would get amazing treatment for how much I provide to this company. Instead I am told that I can't even have my drinks remade that are full still and with a receipt. I wouldn't treat my worst customer this way. Let alone my best, it's funny because we are told that we are the only people that tip they don't receive any other tips. According to the 3 girls that work there. So you would think they would value us even more. I really do hope that the supervisor gets reprimanded or fired. Because to not take care of your customers is to put a company...
Read moreI go inside the coffee shop and I decided to clean my hands since I grabbed the door handle and remind you this is a Starbucks, they were having an issue with me having hand sanitizer or not. There was like about 7 employees and half of them reacted like I said a bad word. “Hand sanitizer”. They didn’t know if they should give me some or not! They were having an issue processing my request making such a big deal and not making their minds after half a minute, I said forget it and walked out. As Im walking out of the Starbucks one of them yells out “for me to have a good one” and really emphasizing his sarcasm instead of asking what was the issue or being at least concern!!! Obviously they do not follow public health guidelines during this world wide pandemic!!! In addition, they are rude and sarcastic just because I asked for hand sanitizer when I had touched the door handle in order for me to go inside....
Read moreI am a frequent Starbucks customer. I travel throughout the whole country and this location is the worst one I’ve ever visited. I stay across the street on a layover. Sometimes the only available option to order is by using the mobile app and picking up at the drive through window. But since I am on a layover and do not have a car with me, they refuse to honor my order. This decision has nothing to do with the State Health orders. Other Starbucks in CA accommodate the customers that don’t have a car to use the drive through window. But this Starbucks location refuses to work with the customers. This location is terrible due to the decision made by its local manager or its regional manager. I have complained to the corporate office but nothing seems to work.
And now they have decided to “temporarily close” the store. This...
