The female employee named Sophia has very poor customer service. I was at the Jacks to exchange my food because of a mix up with my order through Door Dash, a service they provide. I had spoken to the manager earlier about the incident and he told me that I can come in to exchange my order. However once I got to Jacks and explained why I was there, Sophia immediately gave me attitude and sass. When I pulled up to the window, she was rude and spoke over me rushing me out of drive through. She stated that whatever orders processed through Door Dash was not their fault. As I tried to informed her that I wasn't making a complaint and that I spoke to someone about this already. She spoke over me, walked over to the kitchen, snickering with the other employee, and handed me my food. I asked for her name, and the corporate number. She refused to give me the corporate number and told me to leave. She also refused to give me my receipt. When I persistented in asking for the corporate number, she called the cops and told them that I was threatening her because I was recording the incident. She also lied to the police dispatch stating that I asked for her number...like bishhh as if.. She could have given me the number to corporate instead of causing a scene. Overall Sophia or Sophie... whatever...has poor customer service skills and should work on her attitude. Maybe some anger management would help. She should not be someone this store wants as a representativery for Jack in the Box. Honestly if I can rate this no stars, I absolutely would. Food was not great. The only thing she seemed capable of, or having the capacity to do was filling a cup up with...

Read moreThere was 2 cars ahead of me that had already ordered. I pulled up to the speaker and was not greeted for 2 minutes, when asked to allow them a "moment". I waited there for another 8 minutes without any response, so I drove up to the car at the window who was still waiting for their food. When I drove up, another car that was waiting behind me pulled up to the speaker and they took his order and the 2nd car behind me's order immediately. I didn't expect them to take my order at the window, I just wanted to share this feedback and he blew me off telling me to go around.
8 months later, and I'm not changing my review. I've visited this location for its convenience a few times since then. I gotta say, they really have to work on their order accuracy. Nearly every time I make a special request such as holding a condiment or topping, they manage to make a mistake. They've got it right on the receipt so clearly it's an issue with the cooks not being trained properly. The quality of the food isn't bad, which is a shame that the service is what brings this location down in my books. We'll quality is good, even though the fries often taste like they were made 15 minutes before I arrived....
