Ordered a Sopa de Patas (Cow’s feet) which is a popular Salvadoran dish and one of my favorites. It is $16 which could seem pricey but soup size was generous though. Flavor was ok, far from the original taste from El Salvador but is understandable because of some differences in local ingredients, spices and preparation. I give 4 stars because the soup was good and had a good amount of leg fat and tendons which I love it. Couldn’t give 5 stars because it had few (2) small pieces of tripe (cows belly skin). lol
I really enjoyed the place , clean and friendly staff; and liked the tv screens so you can watch your favorite games too while dining.
I will go back for sure!! I heard a customer saying pupusas were amazing!!!
Came back and ordered a Ranchero Especial # 4. Very good. A typical dish in...
Read moreHad gone to this place like once before and once our food was served I notice hairs on one of my Popusas , I just didn’t eat them . Im not the type to complain either I understand it’s a restaurant and accidents happen , now we did say we will never go to the place again because that just gross , like let’s be honest who is going to want to eat food with hairs ? Soo yesterday my coworkers really wanted Popusas from this place so we order and to my surprise two of our Popusas had hair AGAIN . Completely disgusting. I’m not the type to complain but who wouldn’t get upset after spending $36 on food and for lunch to find out you can’t even eat your food because there’s hairs on them . Super upsetting right ? So I decided to call the restaurant and complain as well they asked for me to send pictures and videos over and they offer me a call back once the manager will be there so he can refund my money . Guess what ? Until today not a single call Back . I’m sorry but this is not the place for you to go eat !! not if you guys want to eat hairs from people you don’t even know . Please do not go to this place . Please view picture and videos below . 🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
Read moreJust pulled into town and thought we’d get a bite to eat. We sure did luck out finding this place. We split a mixed fajita for $27. It was a very hefty portion. We left full. The beef was marinated and so tender. The chicken was juicy. There were three large shrimp. The veggies were fresh and plenty of them. There was a grill jalapeño on the platter that lit the hubs up, lol, he loved it. The tortillas were homemade and so very good! The platter also came with rice and beans. The beans were very thin and they worked perfectly as a spread.
Now, if you’re looking for a chips and salsa, sour cream and cheese place, this ain’t it. If you’re look for amazing flavor and authentic Mexican food, come on over.
Service was great and BTW, they serve...
