I go to this place all the time in the mornings, it's close by and I love the Breakfast from Mickey D's. However, I will no longer come to this location. Meanwhile waiting for my order, I went to wash my hands. I saw, what seems to be a Male Manager not wash his hands after coming out of a bathroom stall, he just walked right out and didn't even bother to wash his hands. I didn't see him wash his hands even after that and he just continued to handle other orders as well as make the food. That's GROSS, and Unsanitary. I'm wondering if this person even took a Food Handlers Class? I got so grossed out that I didn't eat my food. I ended up going to this other McDonalds on Euclid in Ontario, CA that was a little further, but the people were more cleaner and as I seen they were constantly washing their Hands and were constantly cleaning their areas. I'm calling the Health Department on this Location 2455 S Archibald Ave, Ontario, CA 91761 . No wonder why people get sick, cause of nasty people like this individual. Before I walked out I asked his name and he told me that it was Ernesto. I later found out that he was the store Manager of this Location. How disappointing! Also to add apparently you can't sit there and wait for some money to get food or as well be out of crazy weather so I guess what I am saying is basically according to McDonald's standards who is overpriced for the quality of food and lack of customer service from all staff it is either illegal to be waiting on some funds to purchase your product or be homeless and someone offer them something to eat. That according to me is what I saw from the management today.

As well the refusal to take a person's order at a register because of your kiosks is absurd you as a company and employees never know if a person has an issue where they can't order at a kiosk and need extra help and you just point to the machine and walk a way and as well there is no patience for consumers from the employees they always seem impatient and irritated especially some of...

I take my family here every now and then and we've lived in the area for over 25 years. I get it, it's a fast food joint. Order, get your food, get out. This review is based solely on the customer service.

I'd have to disagree with one of the review summaries quotes saying it's a clean place. I usually come here during off peak times to avoid the mad rush of people. Even then, the tables aren't clean, the soda fountain smells like it could use a deep cleaning with bleach. How long has that stool by the window been broken?

Drive through is no better. Got a happy meal for my child and kindly asked if there was a different toy they could get since they've gotten the same one twice already. The window attendant clapped back by raising his voice saying there was only one available. Okay fine, totally unnecessary. Another attendant hands us more food and we ask her, she kindly checks and gets us a different one.

You work in food service, it's your job to deal with customers, not bark back at them for asking nicely. McD's get new training or get...
