Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ontario

Horrible place to order food. Got pizza from this place last night while celebrating new years eve just to spend the night sick along with the rest of my family. Food tasted Horrible the so called manager or who ever she is didn't want to refund us the money and gave us excuses talking about she never heard of anybody getting sick. Well after reading the other negative comments I can safely say this place is a dirty disgusting establishment to do business with. I will be reporting this place and I'll make sure that others know the horrible experience we are having starting the year because of the negligence of this food establishment. To top it of she lied about the amount she could give back. Another person clearly stated she got her 50 back but we were told we couldn't get it. I'm writing this as I lay in bed sick from the food we thought was safe to eat! Would give this place a negative...

Husband and I ordered the $35.99 meal deal with two mediums and wings and breadsticks and one of the pizzas was suppose to be buffalo chicken and kids opened them in front of me and showed me and I said ok thinking pizza was fine because of the banana peppers and when I got home I realized there was litterally no chicken in it.. why did we pay extra for no chicken. I’m Muslim and I can only eat meat that’s not pork and that was pretty upsetting cause I got there and on screen as well said order is ready and it clearly wasn’t I still had to wait five minutes for them to finish making and cutting it.. I love Pizza Hut and hate to give u a crappy review but hopefully u guys do better next time. The pizza though also taste old and dry honestly like as if made awhile ago and just re warmed it up. Walked in, told the cashier i’ll be ready in one minute. He nodded his head and went to go make pizzas. I stood directly in front of the register to let him know im ready while he has a view of me while making pizzas, then i said ok im ready now, he acted like he didnt hear me finished putting the toppings on the pizza he was making then put it in the oven, looked at me then walked to the fridge to grab another pizza and proceeded to make another one without acknowledging me. I stood for a couple more minutes with him knowing im at the register, btw there were about at least 2 other team members at the store, but they were kind of busy , So i waited couple more minutes then walked out.
