Last night I had the pleasure of eating at Kabuki in Tiger Town with my family. I'm going to start with the wait. We are sitting awaiting to be seated for 5 guests. As I sat there, I saw others come in and be seated immediately. The last family they asked b4 is said no to something but was about to be seated before us. But they said no. In turn they seated us. The appetitizer delicious. The main course shrimp and chicken was a disaster. The shrimp was good at first but when it got a little cool it didn't taste so hot. That chicken never was hitting it. Here goes the prices on the menu and the prices on your check does not match. The check prices are higher. Oh your tip is calculated in your meal price. Not once did anyone ask how is your meal? I didn't like it with the yum yum and without it. It gave me diarrhea. I stayed in the bathroom for an hour with liquid diarrhea when I got home. Also the women restroom was not clean and out of tissue. The empty rolls of tissue were...
Read moreWent here for a college graduates' lunch. Reservations were made for 14 people at 130pm, at least a week in advance. However, the graduation was longer than expected. They would not seat us unless at least half the guest was there, understandably. When half got there at 145, they still didn't seat us for another 15 min. The final group arrived 215. Our hibachi server was very boring. He didn't do what the others were doing. No tricks, just one corny saying over and over. All of us were from out of town, as far as California. I really expected more. The one pro was that they gave us a lot of food. A couple big cons. First they cooked the scallops right on the steak, yuck! I asked if he could move the steak juices, but he continued. The other was that someone took, or threw away a card for the graduate when clearing the table even tho we were...
Read moreThis place gave myself and several of our party members food poisoning. My husband and I had sushi (shaggy dog I believe) and the hibachi shrimp. My husband also had the scallops. Most of other party members who also got sick had shrimp. I am still battling the food poisoning! The restaurant was so unbearably hot, which is saying something as cold natured as I usually am. I knew as soon as I walked in there and felt how hot it was, the food was not going to be the best. It definitely was not for $90 - especially for giving us food poisoning. I never write reviews but I also have never gotten food poisoning and wanted to warn...
