Mr. Pernell Moore, let me first say that I completely agree with you about the parking situation. Although, the only problem is the fact that you are talking about the wrong store. The store you are reviewing is the one on Interstate Dr., right around the corner from the Enterprise Dr. Starbucks which your review was posted under. These two Starbucks are completely different and the Starbucks stand alone store on Interstate Dr. is, without a doubt, the best Starbucks I have been to. they are constantly busy and the employees are always stressed, because of us customers. Most customers, not all, complain that it might take a little longer that they had expected, but they do not realize that they are attending the busiest Starbucks in the South-Eastern United States. I never have quality service at this Starbucks location. If it's not that they made my coffee completely wrong or the wrong size, they sell things they don't even have the ingredients to make. I'm not asking for them to carry the salt or creme bruise toppings 24/7, I'm just asking that when I order a drink that requires those toppings that they don't take my order, run my debit card and start to make the drink and THEN TELL ME THEY DON'T HAVE THE INGREDIENTS. They did give me the refund without any headache, but other then that, we NEVER use this specific location to spend our money. The worst location I have ever been to. The Starbucks in Target is the best one in the Auburn area. The baristas, especially the weekend ones, are amazing and will hook you up with an amazing drink. Don't be afraid to say "surprise me".They don't charge an arm and a leg for extra stuff and have great deals occasionally that other locations will not have. Makes for loyal customers.
