I had a line here for a few years for my roofing business. They often sent incoming customer calls to voicemail, never ringing the phone. For a long duration, the voicemail was diverted to a bogus phone number not held by anyone, such that there was no record whatsoever to me of the attempts of likely hundreds of customers trying to call me. Even after porting to Verizon and buying a new phone, the issue persisted until I called support and they re-provisioned the line or did something to allow customers' calls to reach me. I am stunned that this was allowed to occur.
I have filed a complaint with the FCC, who said: "Your submission benefits the FCC by providing us with important information we can use to develop policies to protect consumers, enforce against violations of the Communications Act, and encourage future compliance with the law."
This issue has cost me likely over $200,000 in lost business. It took a long time to figure out what the issue was, I thought it was just covid for awhile, then I thought it was 'the recession,' then I thought it was a new website not ranking. Read moreI just moved into an apartment where for some reason, I could not connect my phone to my WiFi, even though I could connect my laptop to it. I called Customer Service, and Deborah and Andrew were SO HELPFUL. They fixed the problem right away and were so kind and empathetic about it. I felt like they were truly concerned, even though this was simply a minor inconvinience.
Customer Support is not an easy job. I know customers can be very frustrated, and as a result, Customer Service employees can become understandably jaded. However, Deborah and Andrew were absolutely stellar. By far, the nicest and most helpful I've ever encountered. I am currently on my parents' cellular network when I am not living in my apartment, and I am considering switching to Spectrum simply because the Customer Service employees are so spectacular.

Read moreI went into the store and it was two ppl working I signed in and waited I walked around and then asked a guy who was sitting down could I come see him once he was done he was extremely rude and said did I call you up here and I said no I was only asking and I wasn’t being rude he then said don’t start with me today as I sat down then another guy came in and he proceeded to help that customer and left me waiting he was extremely rude everybody in there seems to have attitudes.. I wish they had people who truly wanted to work and didn’t come to work with nasty attitudes. This make me don’t even want services with spectrum if I have to deal with the nastiness.. I don’t know who management is for that store but the workers are awful… it’s was one nice guy name Chuck but everybody else...
