The Well has some fantastic teas and bakery goods. The atmosphere is cozy with several themed rooms to sit in. As you go down the main staircase, you'll feel the character of the old building transform into pockets of other worlds. After ordering at the main counter, the server will bring your order to you on a tray complete with teapot, cup and saucer, honey, and cream — alongside anything else you may have ordered. The coffee is good, but The Well's main draw is the tea (if you want coffee, I suggest that you walk over to Sidetracks). I just recently had ACL surgery, and, while it took me a while to get up and down the stairs, I appreciated having a room where I could put my feet up. I've been here several times over the past few years, and it seems they never stop changing up the sitting rooms. I understand they are antique chairs, but they need to be repaired. Upstairs is a nicer environment for sure. I would come back again if the menu choices improved, but as it is, there's not much to make me...
