I have been conducting regular (frequently, daily) business with TTTG for approximately 2 years, especially since the pandemic set in. While major errors with my orders have been infrequent, I've let go of minor errors which occur fairly often. Today, however, I've made the choice to NO longer conduct business with them. I ordered from an establishment which serves smoothies, as well as food items. Not only DIDN'T my smoothie arrive, but NO ONE -- not from Tropical Smoothie Cafe, to the driver of TTTG, to those working in the TTTG office -- contact me. They all just took my $ (to inc extra tip for driver) without the courtesy of informing me to make another choice. I’ve spent a lot of money with this establishment, especially since COVID 19! My latest delivery was burgers from BurgerFi a family favorite at my home. The order was placed correctly, yet arrived completely wrong! So, I called TigerTownToGo to report the issue. First, the gentleman refused to give me his name. Then he proceeded to tell me he would only partially refund me. From there he went on to tell me how he’d never allow me to use their services again. All because of a refund. I would never recommend this service, nor will they ever see a dime of my money again! Be forewarned, this is a hugely overpriced service with very poor customer service or care. Do not buy a GIFT CARD from Tiger Town To Go. Gift cards do not work for online orders. I attempted to use a gift card, but had to call the support phone number and have them manually enter my order. Then they told me that the $7 Promo Code could not be used on anything but online orders, so my order cost $7 extra.
