I JUST WATCHED THE STORY OF THIS PLACE ON THE CHANNEL 5 NEWS AT NOON. I WAS INTERESTED UNTIL THE GUY STARTED TO SHOW HOW HE MAKES THE PIZZA. HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT OF TRIMMMMING THE BEARD OR AT LEAST WEAR SOME KIND OF BEARD COVER !!!!!!!! THERE ARE DOZENS TO PICK FROM YOU WILL FIND THEM ON AMAZON !! DID YOU EVER TAKE FOOD HANDLING CLASS ?! MEN HAVE LOOSE HAIR IN THEIR BEARD AND YOU WERE SPINNING THE PIZZA CRUST UP BY YOUR FACE !! WOMEN AND MEN SHOULD ALWAYS USE HAIR PROTECTION WHILE PREPARING FOOD IN A KITCHEN ESPECIALLY IN A PUBLIC FOOD ESTABLISHMENT !!!!!! WOW..YOU KNOW HOW TO MAKE A HOME MADE PIZZA CRUST AND SPIN IT, NOT ONLY WERE YOU NOT WEARING ANY BEARD PROTECTION BUT YOU COULDNT EVEN BOTHER IN WEARING SOME KIND OF APRON OVER YOUR CLOTHES. I do realize that there are many types of pizza and that what one person thinks is great the next may think poor. However, I’ve rarely met a pizza that I’ve not liked. As far as Vinny’s pizza… meh, it’s okay. I like all crust types and as far as thin crusts go this one would get 4 stars. The pizza as a whole, 3 stars. Size vs price and quantity and quality of toppings, flavor and application of sauce were all considered. Basically, the same vibe you get from the first impression of the restaurant is what is reflected in their pizza. The price for value is too high, but considering the nature of the location it is understandable. I was shocked by the $5 for a can of beer though. Vinny’s went above and beyond any expectations. Goodness gracious. Highly suggest the supreme. But past the pizza, the service. Quick service, the pizza was so quick and cooked to perfection. The taste, exquisite. The composition, superb. The best massive slice of pizza on either side of the missisip. I took a break from writing this to take another bite. If you’re curious as to if this is the right place to eat, stop. It is. Right underneath the Ferris wheel, I suggest taking it outside. Beautiful view. Well priced.
