I realize it's early Saturday night (5:30 PM) and they're running a 50% OFF pizza special, but I was really disappointed in the level of service and the lack of ENERGY some of their employees have. Placed an online order for carside pick-up. Waited for text message indicating order was ready for pick-up. When I arrived there was a back-up of cars waiting for their curbside pick-up. Finally after waiting 10 minutes with no pizza and seeing other frustrated customers finally get out of their cars and walk inside to get their now (probably cold) pizzas, I decided to do the same. Although it appeared they had a lot of workers, the place was chaotic. Finally a teenage female finally came to the counter and basically stared at me like I was bothering her. I told her I was picking up a pizza, gave her my name and she walked away saying nothing and finally brought my pizza to the counter. No, apology for not honoring curbside pick-up, or thanks for your patience, or sorry you had to wait. She was about as LOW ENERGY as they come. No smile, no personality. I guess she didn't want to work the Saturday night shift. I feel sorry for the Manager who probably has to take whoever he can get to work. I ordered pizza for my daughters and was shocked to find a piece of cloth—or something resembling fabric—mixed in with the pizza. It was so disgusting that we couldn’t bring ourselves to eat anything else.
I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with a "manager" named Tristen. Despite calmly explaining the situation, he showed no concern or willingness to investigate what the foreign object might actually be. Instead, he defensively insisted that there was no fabric in their kitchen and dismissed my concerns entirely. When I asked what would be done about this, his only response was that they couldn’t refund what we had already eaten—a remark that felt dismissive and offensive, given the potential health hazard.
I definitely want a refund, is the least; the importance of the subject that he couldn’t focus on was me trying to inform them of a serious safety issue. It’s alarming to think that my daughters might have ingested pieces of this unidentified material, and yet the management showed no interest in addressing this concern.

Called again and he said I still had job And would start the next week. I waited another week and nothing. Great experience with that! The next time I got several layers of cheese. It barely looked like double. Which ok... they sent the remake guy knocked on door after posted in 3 spots do not knock. This last time I ordered food it said 20 min delivery times. After 45 min it said delivered. I called it was not delivered it’s sitting on the heat rack. It would be another 30 minutes. No one had the decency to call say hey sorry we are backed up.
