This location is grossly understaffed in the early afternoon. I stop by here on my way to work heading northbound on Park all the way to I-10 six days a week. I stop here due to the convenience of getting my order as early as possible for my commute. I have many other options, such as the Starbucks on the northbound side of Park Ave or the other Dunkin north of NAS. Today will be the last time I ever frequent this location. I order the same two identical beverages everyday. Last week I discovered I had been given two items not remotely close to what I had ordered. Already several miles away I phoned the location and asked how this happened since looking at my receipt it was the same thing I order everyday. I was treated kindly and told to write the managers name on the receipt and my next order would be gratis. Well today I pull in to the drive thru and am asked to look at the menu and they'll be right with me...at 1:20pm. At 1:31pm with 4 cars behind me I exit my vehicle and knock on the glass door that is an exit only door adjacent to the counter. When I return to my car I am asked a full minute later what I would like. I place my order, pull around to the window to discover a vehicle that had passed me a few minutes prior was being served at the window. At 1:42pm I am served my order and told they are free due to the wait. The young lady who served me has been the lone constant worker I've seen the last two weeks and she needs more help. Her frustration can clearly be seen and I feel her pain. I hope she gets some help. With so many more options I haven't the luxury to roll the dice at this particular location any longer. If management is interested I will give a description of this one hard working individual, but I hope they already have recognized...
Read moreI have been visiting this location Faithfully for several years now. Sometimes you get great service, sometimes the service is completely horrible. But I kept coming back because the employees try pretty hard. However on my very last visit I was disgusted Beyond any level of disgust I've ever experienced at any eating establishment. There was a tissue in my munchkins cup with nose hairs on it! My stomach is uneasy just talking about this. I took a picture of the tissue which I will post with my review. Upon calling the corporate office I was told that this location is independently owned therefore the corporate office is unable to do anything besides letting the owner of this location know. I called the location, I was greeted on the phone by two employees who had no idea how to get in contact with the manager to let them know of the situation. The employee offered me another cup of munchkins as a remedy to this horrific problem. Why would I want another cup of donuts with a side of nose hair tissue!? I'm a pretty reasonable person and I've written several reviews about several dining establishment some good and some bad. But this seriously Takes the Cake. I have never given a restaurant one star but if you find a snotty nose hair tissue in your food after you have been eating it, what type of review would you give? I am appalled and in disbelief. Read moreI rarely go to this location only went today because I was in a rush & it was convenient. Drive up is slow, never many customers, they usually get my order wrong. Today was hands down the last time I will go there especially after viewing other sites reviews. I didn't know the $2 Cappuccino sale had ended, especially when they still had the sign up. Anywhere else you shop will give you the sale price listed when it's a mistake on there end. Instead I get a whole lot of attitude, like she must have had to repeat this argument with a bunch of customers. Clue time, if you open up around 5am don't get upset with a customer at 10am because you were too lazy to take the sign down hours ago. The best she could offer with her attitude, was for me to come grab the coffee while she called the owner. And let me remind you she wasnt saying this kindly. If I had had the time I would have made that call with her. With that attitude the last thing i would accept is cup of Joe with God knows what they would do to it. With so many negative customer reviews on many sites, this is more about the owners/leadership than just the lousy staff. I hope corporate sees this. Time to get new owners, staff & full overhaul. There are way to many other DD's around for anyone to settle for...
