Wendy's — Restaurant in Orange Township

Just went here at 1:40 today to pick up food for myself and 3 other coworkers. The ordering process went great, the lady at the cash register did a wonderful job. However, when I made it to the window where you pickup your food the supervisor (an older woman) got my orders mixed up with the person’s order who was behind me. I refused to take the kids frosty that the supervisor kept trying to hand me since I knew that wasn’t on my order. I tried explaining to her that it wasn’t mine and she literally had a meltdown- telling me I told her I had 3 orders when I actually have 2. I explained again, ‘no, I do have 3 orders but that one with the kids frosty is NOT mine’. I showed her all 3 of my receipts and instead of apologizing for her accusations or behavior she gave me my correct order and told me bye. Extremely unprofessional- I was completely calm and collective the whole time trying to explain to her what I was missing. My advice- hire better supervisors who own up to their mistakes- not blame the customer because they can’t handle being wrong. I had to walk inside to grab sauces for my coworkers since the supervisor at the window was extremely short and rude by the end of the interaction. Never going back to this location again, very...

Okay, let be start off by saying, I go here way to often for lunch..

The food is always on point, they never miss. They have never gotten my order wrong like COUGH COUGH McDonalds. I ask for picante every time, and every single time I get either nothing at all, or jelly, jelly isn't picante. Anyway, today was the day I decided to leave my review, because of one small gesture from an employee. I paid, pulled up to the 2nd window to get my order, she handed me the bag, and proceeded to hand me the drink, but the drink was covered in itself, outside had coke all over it, but to my surprise and delight, halfway through handing the coke to me, she stopped, looked at it, pulled it back in, GOT A NAPKIN AND PROCEEDED TO WIPE THE ENTIRE EXTERIOR OF THE COKE, AND SHE HANDED IT TO ME SPOTLESS AND CLEAN! I have never, and will never, experience this again. This is the reason I always go to this Wendy's over any other. Food is great, service is even better. You know ill be back soon.

For local management: Did you notice how your competitors right next door have a loaded drive thru, and your store you wonder if its even open? This is morning. Your staff here doesn't know their own menu, what is a biggie deal, and the pricing. I've been here 5 times give or take and there is always something wrong, I order something on the menu and they say they don't have it, not that is out of stock, that they don't have it. Also it doesn't help there is a severe language barrier here. Hire someone that can speak English clearly, not 10%. It is impossible to communicate weird issues like this with the inability to speak in detail. I would hang up the gloves when it comes to breakfast Wendy's and just save on the labor and cost.
