Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Orange

Portions have gotten out of control. I got a bowl and did not even get half a serving of chicken so I asked if I could get a little more chicken to make it a full portion. The worker PRETENDS to put chicken in. I said, “no chicken went into the bowl”. she says “oh okay” and proceeds to put ONE piece of chicken in the bowl. Manager was standing right there and wouldn’t do anything about it. This location is the absolute worst and this is not the first time this has happened to me. Bring back the high school workers that would hook it up. I’ve been ordering bowls that aren’t even halfway filled up. and don’t get me started on the side of chips. I think I got a bag with about 10 chips in it. I’m starting to think the workers get paid more the less food they serve customers. I can never come back to this location, but I wish I could so I could take a picture of how ridiculous the bowls look. What happened to this Chipotle?! All we want is...

It's a Chipotle, so you already know the food and the ambiance - one of the strengths of the chain is its food and location-upkeep consistency. However, one of their other characteristics is inconsistency in staff training and supervision, and this location is a prime example. It's great for consistently good food, but service is all over the place, from really good to clearly showing lots of teenage "I don't want to be here" attitude. I've had experiences where the counter staff were outwardly cranky. The location manager needs to lock down the stereo system as well - sometimes it has been turned up to levels where it's difficult to order, and eating inside isn't even an option if you want to carry on a conversation. With a little more management discipline and supervision, I'd easily give this location four stars, and five on their better days. No WiFi at...

" I arrived at the food preparation gent ; the tallest guy working there ; and I NOTICED there was only about a half spoon of brisket left in the container ; so I asked the tall gent where is the rest of the brisket meat ; he said in the back ; he tried I guess to go get it but someone stopped him , as he came back empty handed ; so I asked him again ; and again ; in the back ! So I stated to him I don't want the crumbs in the bottom ; so then after a awkward pause he said it's gonna be 10 minutes ! " ALSO in the middle of all this I NOTICED the guy in charge staring at me like I stole his bike as I was seeing hardly any meat in the container. So I left and ate elsewhere.
