Portions have gotten out of control. I got a bowl and did not even get half a serving of chicken so I asked if I could get a little more chicken to make it a full portion. The worker PRETENDS to put chicken in. I said, “no chicken went into the bowl”. she says “oh okay” and proceeds to put ONE piece of chicken in the bowl. Manager was standing right there and wouldn’t do anything about it. This location is the absolute worst and this is not the first time this has happened to me. Bring back the high school workers that would hook it up. I’ve been ordering bowls that aren’t even halfway filled up. and don’t get me started on the side of chips. I think I got a bag with about 10 chips in it. I’m starting to think the workers get paid more the less food they serve customers. However, one of their other characteristics is inconsistency in staff training and supervision, and this location is a prime example. It's great for consistently good food, but service is all over the place, from really good to clearly showing lots of teenage "I don't want to be here" attitude. I've had experiences where the counter staff were outwardly cranky. The location manager needs to lock down the stereo system as well - sometimes it has been turned up to levels where it's difficult to order, and eating inside isn't even an option if you want to carry on a conversation.
